Our house is located about 100 meters from the beach, in the side street of the Boulevard of Katwijk aan Zee. In addition, the old village of Katwijk is less than 100 meters away, so you have the pleasures, but not the burdens. A supermarket is just a stone's throw away, so you can do your shopping on foot! We also live in House 8 and offer you a place where you can relax and where nothing is required. The ultimate combination of getting away from it all and still feeling at home.

Newly refurbished spacious room with balcony, part of a large flat in a quiet area of Leiden. The (super) king size bed (220x200) can accommodate comfortably 2 people. Located walking distance to the train station (15 min walk or 4 min cycling), to LUMC (10 min walk) and to Bio Science park (10 min walk), very close to amenities and ideal for commuting to AMS, Den Haag etc. Access to bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared generally with 1 person (occasionally with 2 people).

This cozy apartment with lots of light and space is ideally located and therefore the perfect base for beach walks and bike rides in the area. The apartment is simply furnished and has all the amenities for a lovely rustic stay by the sea. The apartment is located on the third and also highest floor and can only be reached by stairs. Paid parking is available in front of the apartment building (between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.).

The apartment has new central heating. Pets are allowed as long as they are not let out in the garden. It is an authentic (older) house.
