This summer cottage is located in Koningin Emmastraat in Katwijk aan Zee, ideally situated within walking distance of the shopping centre, beach and sea! Please note: this is a summer house, a summer house is a small cottage behind the main house. The total area is 25 m2. The shower and toilet are in one room, so after showering the toilet is wet, but it dries within half an hour. Everything else is provided: gas stove, fridge, extractor hood, cutlery, plates, cups, pans, etc. There is Wi-Fi, TV, etc. 2 bicycles are available free of charge!

In het tuintje staat de schuur en vind je een sierlijk begroeide pergola met turnringen, twee heerlijke relaxstoelen en een loungebank. Gratis parkeren via onze bezoekersvergunning na doorgeven kenteken.

Beautiful sunny house with a lovely garden. Close to the beach and very located for visiting cities like Amsterdam, Leiden, and Utrecht! Near Schiphol Airport. The beach, the charming village of Katwijk aan Zee, and the city of Leiden are all easy to reach as well as the musical Soldaat van Oranje. We have three cats, and we kindly ask if you like cats and would be willing to feed them. Above the shed, there is a resident living in an apartment. They are allowed to walk through the garden.
