Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Kattem, Trondheim Municipality

It was a nice stay. Even more perfect if you had a car. We are not Norwegian so we needed to use Google translate to understand the washing machine. The heating, air conditioning systems and trash procedures were completely new to us but we figured them out. The home more high-tech than we are used to. For Norwegians who stay, everything is normal, of course. All in all, a good place to stay that we would choose again.

My husband and I recently rented a fantastic apartment through Airbnb, and I have to say it was an incredible experience! As soon as we got out of the car, we were greeted by a spectacular view of the sea. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The apartment was in top condition and spotless. I really appreciate cleanliness, and here it was impossible to find any dust – everything was sparkling clean and tidy. The hosts were also fantastic and always available if we had questions. I must also mention the bed – it was so comfortable that I would have liked to take it home with me! I have a fantastic continental bed at home, but this was really something else. I give this experience six stars! When I return to Trondheim, I know exactly who I want to contact again. Would highly recommend!

Large and practical apartment with everything you need to feel home. The children appreciated the trampoline and play stand in the garden and the dog could be left on a leash. The area is located in a residential area, close to Kyvannet where you can swim, among other things. Large Kiwi shop 5 min walking distance and running track with international targets (tartan). 5 min to tram stop so you can take a tram to the city center. Parking space outside the house and we were charged the electric car in the garage of the landlord before we left. The landlord is pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond to feel welcome. Recommend the place!

Highly recommended. Clean, tidy, cosy and modern. Nice view & cozy porch. Quiet neighborhood. Short way to the convenience store. Short distance to Trondheim city center with good bus connections & taxi. Great communication with nice landlords. We would be happy to come back another time.

Mega-apartment, beautiful, modern, equipped with everything your heart desires and lovingly decorated, we felt right at home. Sindre is a very friendly host who always responded immediately and was very accommodating. It was a wonderful stay, thank you!

This apartment was perfect for our 6-day stay in Trondheim. It's got plenty of living space: two amazing balconies, a clean bathroom with a great shower, and a full kitchen. It's super easy to get in and out of the apartment building. We felt completely at home and very cozy in this two-bedroom apartment. The location is one block away from a big shopping mall with everything you could need. A good convenience store, a decent burger/pizza restaurant, and a huge grocery store are also within one block. There are also lots of open fields and parks nearby. Everything about the whole area felt very welcoming. The hosts were very friendly, and extremely responsive to every question we had. They met us at the door and showed us around the apartment. The space was not "staged", and so there were personal belongings around, but that was not a problem. It was nice to feel like the hosts intrinsically trusted us! Overall, I would rate this as one of my top favorite Airbnb experiences!

The house is functional and modern, perfect for a large family or group of 8-9 adults. Cozy residential area, only 12 minute drive to Trondheim city center. Recommended!

This place was just what i needed, I loved the house and Joyce is absolutely awesome, my daughter and me felt at home and enjoyed every minute of it, the house was very spacious with a great view, bus stop and taxi stop close by and also the gas station and market, she had wifi, washer, dryer and and everything we needed and spend a two week Holliday with no problems. I loved it and so did my daughter I would highly recommend this place ❤️

Had a nice weekend with the girlfriends here. Large house with plenty of space, many bedrooms, beds made when we arrived, all kitchen utensils, towels, toilet paper and soap, etc. in place and everything looked clean and nice. Bjørnar also responded quickly and had good instructions and tips. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops and public transport. Recommended!

Our family of four stayed at Eivind’s house during the FIS Nordic World Championships in Trondheim for 10 days in March 2025. We had a great stay with relatively short distance to Granåsen Ski Arena as well as the City Centre of Trondheim. The house was cosy, tidy, and well organized. Everything went smooth, and Eivind was very helpful, and he also let us use his charger for electric cars. We would love to come back!

Einer’s place is in an ideal location if you are looking to stay in Trondheim for a couple of days. It’s just a 10 minute walk into the city centre. We had Einer’s parking space, which meant we could leave the car and just walk everywhere. The apartment was a good size, the only slight issue was the size of the bed (it’s smaller than a standard UK double), but we had the use of two bedrooms, so for our second night we used both beds. Einer was a great host, met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We would definitely recommend.

The apartment was beautiful and cozy. Lars Emil was always super nice and helpful. We get all instructions. The pillows are wonderfully soft and sleep like a cloud 😊 We will definitely want to come back here whenever we visit Trondheim.

We are five ladies from five different residences in Norway who try to meet once a year. This time it was Trøndelag and Trondheim. We had a great time! The apartment is centrally located in Trondheim with a balcony - with sun this weekend! Everything was great, we didn't miss anything! We'd love to come back next year in June😀

The stay was peaceful and nice. The apartment was so airy and nice that the three of us who lived there could retreat and have some alone time if necessary. It was bright and tidy, clean and nice. We would like to go back there and recommend the place to others🥰
