Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kattegat

Uns hat es sehr gut im Haus von Eva gefallen. Besonders die Terrasse mit den vielen Sitz- und Liegemöbeln und den sehr schönen Blumen und Pflanzen sind wunderbar.

Wir waren zu zweit im Haus von Ingrid und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Es gibt eine holzbefeuerte Sauna und einen gemütlichen Kamin. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und im Sommer üppig grün, mit Weidetieren vor der Nase. Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist nicht besonders stark befahren und hat uns wenig gestört. In der Küche haben wir alle Utensilien gefunden, die wir gebraucht haben und das Bad ist modern. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, Ingrid ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Wir waren die letzte Mai-Woche in Lars Haus. Was uns extrem gefallen hat war die Ruhe! Das Haus ist umgeben von Kartoffelrosen und Erdwällen. Die Nachbarn sind so gut wie nicht zu sehen. Die beiden Terrassen garantieren fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Für uns war es eine perfekte Urlaubswoche!

Ett väldigt trivsamt hus att fira jul i för oss med 3 vuxna barn och respektive. Totalt 8 personer. Tillräckligt med plats för ett avslappnat umgänge utan att bli för trångt. Magisk utsikt (även om dimman låg tät hela julhelgen). Jättefin standard i både kök och badrum. Rekommenderar detta hus varmt.

Mooi huis met veel ramen waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt en veel licht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Dan heeft ons verwelkomt en tips voor wandelingen gegeven. Het eiland is prachtig en stil. We zagen iedere dag reeën en vossen tijdens onze wandelingen. Het visrestaurant is vlakbij en een aanrader. Vergeet niet om wat boodschappen mee te nemen want op het eiland is geen winkel.

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast im Haus von Susan und Greg. Die beiden waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und durch die kleinen Gespräche zwischendurch hat man sich umso wohler gefühlt. Das Haus selber ist liebevoll und umfassend eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man in der Stadt Ljungby und findet dort alles, was man an Nahversorgung benötigt. Vor Ort gibt es ausreichend Wandermöglichkeiten. Der angrenzende See kann per Boot befahren und wohl auch beangelt werden. Am Ende kann ich nur sagen, dass wir alle uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und gerne wiederkehren, wenn es uns wieder in Richtung Ljungby zieht.

Jag och min familj hade en superbra vistelse. Kristina och Linus har verkligen byggt upp en välkomnande och vacker plats som man känner sig hemma i direkt. Kontakten med värdarna var smidig och trevlig. Vi kände direkt att vi ville komma tillbaka när vi var på väg hem. Kan inte göra något annat än att verkligen rekommendera boendet, och värdarna!

We had a great stay at Jette’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is gorgeous and close to everything in the city center.

Mitt besök hos Hans och Eva-Lena blev till ett väldigt fint minne. De båda var hjälpsamma och man kände sig väl omhändertagen. Stället och omgivningen var otroligt vackert och fridfullt. Tack för skjuts och hjälp med väskan 🌸✨

we had a great stay at this beautiful place. I could hygge all day here. despite the location being on the shopping street and great for night life we were not at all inconvenienced by the sounds of people walking in the street outside and overall sleep was not at all interrupted. ill be looking to stay here again when I come back to Copenhagen. Den recommended the private boat tour in his yacht. it was a great way to see the sights. it was very relaxing too. fantastic host. dint be put off by the possibility of being cooked on the water in May, because Den had us covered as he had heat and blankets onboard.

Lovely apartment with great light and beautiful furnishings. Some of the reviews mention that the bed is small for two, but my partner and I found it totally fine. Karrina was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage before and after check out and even came over to help fix the WiFi. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Aarhus!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es war alles sauber. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (wir waren z.b. in Skagen). Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt. Kommunikation war super, Betina immer erreichbar und absolut freundlich. Schöner kleiner Garten, den wir gerne mehr genutzt hätten. Absolut zu empfehlen. Bad sehr klein, und hat es jedoch gereicht und es hat gut funktioniert. Vielen Dank für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt!

Jørgen and Tove’s house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. They were excellent hosts and were very kind to us. This was a great place to stay!

Et fantastisk dejligt ophold i en meget hyggelig og velindrettet lejlighed, hvor alt var nøjagtigt som beskrevet. Busforbindelse til København var lige udenfor døren. Vi kommer gerne igem.

"Comme on le dirait chez nous, en France", Peder et Kirsten sont de belles personnes, tout simplement : bienveillantes, respectueuses, précautionneuses du bonheur de leurs hotes. Des petites attentions très touchantes pour faire plaisir. Quant au lieu... (4 jours) c'est un petit paradis au bord du lac, une vue extraordinaire avec un coucher du soleil fantastique et possibilité de petit déjeuner avec les cygnes, les oiseaux nombreux et divers dans une paix ressourçante. Le logement possède tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, des lits très confortables avec une vue sur le lac magique. De multiples randonnées ou promenades sont possibles. L'été des activités pour tous. Nous recommandons fortement de venir faire une pause magique dans cette maison bienveillante. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous souhaitons une belle continuation à Kristen et Peder.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns wie zuhause. Die Parkplatzsituation ist zwar schwierig, aber mit den vielen Tipps von Thomas alles gut machbar. Wir haben kurz im Parkhaus ausgeladen und anschließend auf einem Umsonstparkplatz (den Thomas empfohlen hat) umgeparkt. Wir hatten kurz Schwierigkeiten die Wohnung zu finden, hier wäre ein offensichtlicher Hinweis für die Wohnung noch ganz gut. Man muss genau auf den Nachnamen achten. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind super, wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist. Die Lage ist top! Wir konnten alles fußläufig gut erreichen und obwohl es so zentral war, war es dennoch sehr ruhig (bis auf ein paar Möwen am Morgen). Wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!

Alt var bare perfekt. Super ren lejlighed. Perfekt udsigt og meget hurtig kommunikation med udlejer Kristin. Hun havde rigtig mange fif til nærområdet. Meget fin parkering i kælderen. Super super sted og vært.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. The location is off the charts….right in the middle of Nyhavn. The views from the apartment over the canal are picture perfect. We were able to walk to most of the cities attractions and lovely cafes and restaurants were right outside the front door. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer available. Communication with the host was excellent and timely….accessing the unit was a breeze. Copenhagen is now one of our favorite cities and we would definitely stay here again upon returning.

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.
