The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp Golf Course and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house, there is access to laundry/dryer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

The house has 1 room with double bed, 1 room with single bed and sofa bed in the living room. Toilet with bath. Kitchen with everything you need. Living room with wood-burning stove. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Quiet, spacious and secluded in a large, enclosed garden, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation near Copenhagen and the amazing Tisvildeleje, with many restaurants and cafes. The stairway to the beach is only about 200 meters from the house and leads to a private beach where only the homeowners (and you!) have the key, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the coast in peaceful surroundings.

The house contains 3bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace. Miscellaneous boats exist on its own jetty.The house is located only 35 km from Copenhagen on completely undisturbed ground. Bed linen and towels are not provided but there are pillows and duvets. Linen and towels can be supplied against a fee.

Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Modern Danish house in quiet neighborhood. With all you need, incl. fireplace & BBQ. We have 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 1 bed in the kids play room. You will look after our friendly cat and chickens during your stay! The beach is 1 km away. To get here from the airport: Metro to ‘Femøren Station’ (runs every 4-6 min.) 550 meters walk to the house (approx. 6 min. walk) The metro takes you to down-town CPH in 10 minutes.
