Lynæs harbor has a fantastic swimming area for year-round swimming, rental of surfing equipment and a private sauna as well as beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has a TV and wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with plenty of room for lovely barbecue evenings. On the balcony find a Weber gas grill. On the front patio there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway with room for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica shop, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

It takes 4 bus stops (bus nr. 11 stops about 70 m from the house) to the main train and central bus station. Aalborg zoo is 15min walk away. There is 8 km to Aalborg airport. Self check ind.
