Holiday rentals with a patio in Katerini

A great place, very well located to move by any means, even by foot! The communication was impeccable, we were given step-by-step instructions, with courtesy, and the space was spotless and exactly as described. I would definitely choose it again!

Andreas is a welcoming host who was interested in us even during our trip. He always responded right away and arranged everything we needed right away. The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, with a nice view of the sea and Mount Olympus.

Nice and clean apartment on a quiet street. Always can park in front of the apartment. Supermarket is nearby. David is very friendly and gave us lots of good tips. Beautiful view of the Olympus mountain.

The location was great. The Aegean Sea was right in front. The promenade made our walks easier with restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Note: Parking is hard to find nearby.

We booked this place very spontaneously. Check-in was very straightforward. Parking was easy in front of the building. The space was impeccably cleaned. The highlight is the view. You have to watch this live. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Wonderful stay – Absolutely recommended! My stay with my wife and our children in "Harmony" was just perfect! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. I particularly liked the central location and the cozy decor. Anke (and her husband) were extremely friendly and helpful, always available and gave great tips for the area. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

We had a great time. Fotini was very kind, friendly, welcoming, and present at all times for any help or advice. Everything was perfect! The house although old was spotless and thoughtful. Fully equipped and has everything you need to make your summer vacation. Maybe a storey in the future was a plus. The beach nearby is not very good for swimming but with a car you can visit beautiful beaches in other areas of Chalkidiki. You can combine peace and relaxation (as the house is located in a quiet and family neighborhood) with more cosmopolitan holidays in areas nearby. The communication with the host was impeccable as she responded immediately and was flexible as to check in and check out to make it easier for us. Bravo!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We loved our stay with Christos! The view of Mount Olympus is breathtaking 🤩The apartment is very comfortable and close to a grocery store, beachfront restaurants and Mount Olympus! Our stay was perfect! Thank you Christos!

We had an amazing stay at Hlias’ place! We loved how central it was—everything was within walking distance. Super convenient and made our trip even more enjoyable!

The stay in the apartment was great!!!The place is beautiful and warm in a quiet neighborhood easy parking. Next to urban transportation and the Metro stop. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was just like in the photos spotless and with all the equipment. The host excellent and very friendly responded very quickly. I highly recommend it!!!!

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

The room was comfortable, quiet, and above all clean. The landlord is a lovely person who responded promptly to what we needed. I highly recommend it and would visit again.
