We have designed and built a unique, stylish, luxury lodge overlooking a small lake so we can welcome guests to enjoy stunning mountain views, the wild landscape, peace, calm and our organic produce. Our Luxury Lodges await those looking for a completely unique romantic escape. You will find yourself in a countryside setting but don't be fooled Killarney town is just 1.5km away. Your lodge boasts a spacious bedroom with King Size Bed (European) and bespoke furniture. There is a proper bathroom complete with power shower. The mini kitchen has everything from a hob to Nespresso machine. Private heated patio with BBQ is perfect for chilling in the evening with the sound of the River.

New for Summer , this newly built property is a stylish one-bedroom apartment located on the world-famous Ring of Kerry, it boasts breathtaking views of the Macgillycuddy Reeks Mountain Range. This over garage luxurious apartment, contains a full kitchen, double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, with a spacious open plan living room area. It hosts an outdoor balcony for Al Fresco dining or simply gazing at the beautiful landscape.

Our newly refurbished spacious farmhouse is located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by fields which boasts a wonderful backdrop of The MacGillycuddy Reeks. This house is situated on a site of its own with a big back garden which is perfect for relaxing in or playing a game of soccer. The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply relax, unwind and soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings .

The Gap Cottage, Gap of Dunloe

The Gap Cottage is located in the Gap of Dunloe beside the world famous Kate Kearney's cottage Bar & Restaurant. The Coffee Pot and Heather restaurants are only a few mins stroll away. The cottage comprises of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed) both ensuite and a kitchen con living area. The rear of the cottage faces the Purple mountain whilst the front of the cottage faces Strickeen mountain.
