Holiday rentals with a patio in Kastellorizo

Thank you so much for everything. Everything was as in the photo. Our requests were met smoothly. There is a steep hill just to get to the apartment, you are in the bazaar in 5-10 minutes easy to get down. The view from the balcony was very good and it was enjoyable.

Mr. Talat is very friendly. Even though we arrived a little early, we checked into our immaculate home. The location of the house was great for my expectations. The most ideal location as Kalkan is already in the middle to visit the natural wonders around. It is even close to Ölüdeniz. Which I think you can enjoy snake roads at high altitudes by listening to the maps on the way, but I recommend choosing your own easy route when you return. Two neighborhood dogs will keep you company when you walk on the street, one of which is grizzly, one white (spotted on the back), you don't have to be afraid of them, extremely friendly dogs on the contrary. Very nice accommodation close to everywhere if you are going by car. Very close to Kaputas Beach, the natural wonder, and Patara Beach. In addition, a peaceful stay between the natural neighborhood of the region. A clean and pleasant accommodation offered by a beautiful family, which I can recommend for those who want to go anywhere by car, as long as you don't want to leave the house in the evening and take a walk.

The house is located in a quiet and tranquil location. It should be considered that it will be necessary to drive to the center of Kaş. The items were new and convenient. Hafize is a very welcoming and friendly host. The apartment is close to the city center and the apartment has a chic view of the sea and the city. The apartment is very clean and there for a few days. Nearby there are shops where you can buy everything you need. The view from the balcony of the sea is very beautiful. Separately, I want to note the sofa on the balcony where you can lie and admire the sunrise or sunset. At the entrance, Hafize prepared a very tasty soup for our young son. That was great pleasure. The homeowners were very nice, very helpful, very generous. This is a very nice family. The house was very, very clean. I have never seen such a house. It was very good. In her restaurant, the landlady cooked very deliciously and gave more of herself than she should. The stay was excellent

Mr. Ahmet welcomed us with gulery and sincerely. The house was located overlooking the sea and within walking distance to Akcagerme beach. It was easy to reach the center of Kaş and other beautiful beaches of Kaş by car. The house had all the necessary items for a house. Household items were new and tidy. It met our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kasta.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

It was a smooth stay. It was quite good in terms of cleanliness. Everything you need is available. I recommend it with peace of mind.

Everything was thought out. The kitchen supplies and all the items in the house were sufficient. There was even a cake mold and a mixer. The hosts don't care about everything for your comfort. The house garden and the pool, which are meticulous about privacy, are not visible from the outside. The pool and house were spotless. There was no internet and electricity problem. One of the things that surprised us was the pool bed and the okey set. Thanks for the details.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had an amazing stay at Hayam Evi. The communication from Deborah was fantastic. We arranged to meet the manager Onder at the property and he showed us round, took our cases upstairs and answered any questions we had, he also made contact with us throughout our visit to make sure all was ok. The villa was fabulous, beautifully decorated, smelt amazing and equipped with everything that you would need, even at stocked fridge! We didn’t have the best weather to start our holiday but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the town of Kalkan, the restaurants, bars, shops, the people were so kind and friendly and the town dogs will be in our hearts forever, we named them all ❤️. The interior of the house was clean and tidy. Everything needed was available at home during the holiday (this includes barbecue supplies). The location is a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes drive from Kaş. Ideal for those who want a holiday away from the noise of the city.

A fantastic place to stay a little secluded in quiet surroundings. The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished. You have a spectacular view of the bay and the sea with sun from morning to evening from everywhere. A small sandy beach is only 15 minutes walking. The accommodation is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, cooking and barbecue utensils, tea kettle, coffee maker, etc. Communication with the landlords was great throughout. Restaurants and supermarket in the nearest village can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the neighboring towns of Kalkan and Ova. You should know that the gravel road to the property is partly steep and uneven. A long-distance hiking trail runs directly at the house and is well suited for day trips.

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Rosie's place has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Not far from Kalkan marina and town, restaurants and supermarket close by if you don't have a car to adventure yourself further, great swimming pool ,each apartment having their own allocated sun beds. a bit hilly on the way up to the apartment from town ( unless you are extremely fit , it can be challenging to walk up the hill under extreme heat) but plenty of taxis which charges you around 150 turkish lira. In few words, Rosie is a great host and her place can offer you a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much for your hospitality and recommendations Rosie!
