Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. 'Beljan's barn has been transformd into attractive space for relaxation, which in direct contact with the garden offers the feeling of being outdoors. Here you will find everything you need for an easy stay in nature, including the comfort of a warm bed and a crackling fire. You may aslo find a spacial book to read in the library. The garden is open, green and enjoyable, great as a starting point for a nearby walking trails and as relaxation endpoint after hikes.

There is also an outdoor barbecue area. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a free wifi. Pets are welcome.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.
