Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kashar

Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

This was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Beautiful apartment, and the view of the mountain was superb. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, it was an awesome value. I cannot say enough about how helpful Erlis was with our questions and curiosity about Tirana and Albania in general.

Just AWESOME! The Appartement is nice, clean, perfectly located and perfect for 5 Persons. It’s just cozy and makes you feel home from the moment you enter whether it’s the wide open living room and kitchen or the sunny balcony or the warm fireplace. The contact to Laert is just too convenient. He was always available and takes good care of you. We got the best recommendations for restaurants and Must sees in Albania. The apartment is located in an be of the nicest areas of Tirana. We loved it and we will definitely come back!

Great apt and Flamur is a great host

Llazar is as cool as his appartment, we were 4 guys, we had a lot of place, we slept very well. The shower is very nice. I can only advise you to choose this flat !

Wow, what can I say, with accommodation to such a standard I would usually be speechless, but alas, let me think and divulge. Let’s start with the hosts. Always went the extra mile, very hands on sharing local spots, brimming full of advice. Local butchers, with meat from the village. Delicious, finely charred on the BBQ provided in the residence. A plethora of entertainment. Backgammon boards, darts and a fridge full of beers. A wonderful space, perfect for a big group. Have stayed in many an Airbnb, but this by far was one that ticked all the boxes. But most importantly, the host was exceptional, fantastic and tremendous. Thank you so much, you may forget us staying but we’ll never forget you.

There were three of us in the accommodation and this is really optimal for us. There is plenty of space, many balconies and the location is optimal. The centre is within walking distance and yet you have some peace and quiet

This was a perfect accommodation. Imirjon sent lots of tips on restaurants and shops. The accommodation was spacious both inside and out and very well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this home

Highly suggested. The area is not too central but in 5 minutes by car you can be in the city center. The place itself is very good, clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there was a problem with the A/C and it was fixed within an hour or so. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and relax in Tirana, I would highly suggest to try this place.

I spent the weekend here with a group of 10 friends for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect. The house is even better in person and the amenities have everything you could need. We had an amazing few days and Micaela is a really great host, answering every question I had and even took the time to help organise some of our plans. Very kind and communicative host. Everything was great. We enjoyed the evenings with a glass of wine at the fireplace and sunny mornings with a coffe at the beach. The house is very nice with a beautiful garden and have everything for some relaxing days. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this villa in Albania was absolutely incredible! It’s hard to find a place that can comfortably fit a large group and still feel luxurious and modern, but this villa checks every box and then some. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and beautifully designed everything was. So many other villas we looked at just didn’t have the same high standard. Every single person in our group slept well—the beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and cozy. The pool was perfect—immaculately clean, a great size, and ideal for relaxing in the sun. We also had a blast using the ping pong table, which was a great extra touch that kept everyone entertained. One day we had a brief power cut, but the host replied to our message within 30 seconds. He let us know the power company was working on the lines, it came back on very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better communication or support. 11/10 all day crazy views from the top balcony!
