Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Albania

We felt very comfortable in Dukat with Rexina's parents. The two really went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Despite the language barriers, we were able to communicate well and they always helped us with questions. The place is nice and spacious. We especially liked the outdoor seating area and the large bathroom. You can also hike directly from Dukat, but it is already helpful to have a car to see something of the area. However, you can also eat out and shop in the village. Other than it says in the description, there is also wifi.

Everything as described, great secluded location, amazing views all around. Excellent host, always available and gets back to you within a matter of minutes, friendly and helpful! If you’re visiting during the winter months keep in mind that you will probably need an additional heater, as the one provided can serve one room at a time and the fireplace requires the kitchen window to be slightly open at all times. Great experience overall, will visit again for sure!

Very nice and warm welcome from the host. The outdoor courtyard is wonderfully private and spacious. Thought of everything, for example, air conditioning, coffee and anti mosquito! The cottages are 15m from the beach. 2nd shower outside is nice for when you come off the beach.

Konstantina's place is perfect, very clean, large and well appointed. We felt quiet there, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of downtown Himare yet right next door. Many beaches are nearby and Konstantina has recommended delicious restaurants and bar (special mention at Café Butterfly where the view is spectacular). Konstantina was a very available host and attentive to all our requests. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Dejv was an amazing host, offering us raki at entrance. He informed us in advance of delays and traffic jams in the city and was extremely flexible in meeting us at the villa. The villa is really 'secret', hidden between privacy walls. The area is under construction, but feels extremely safe. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were great. Swimming pool was great (albeit a bit cold, but that's worth it). He offered us extended check out as well! Very kind and welcoming host all around :)

There is plenty of space in the large, modern, comfortable and clean apartment in a house with a beautiful garden. The apartment has 3 balconies. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, everything worked out very well. It was pleasantly quiet for sleeping. The beaches are easily accessible on foot. A parking space is on the premises. Great cabin in the quiet place. Everything is clean and there are no difficulties with parking. I didn't find the place right away, but it turned out to be a search on the Dorcas map.

Great flat , clean spacious and in a great location. It has a market right next to it , great if you need anything.

Lovely flat, we enjoyed our stay. It's quite an uphill walk to get there but we didn't mind. The only negative is that it's close to a big street, so there is noise from the cars. otherwise Aldi has been very kind and hospitable during our 3 days stay. thank you!

I have stayed several times at Helga's and it's become a home away from home, for me and my family. Centrally located, excellent communication with host, good value for money, and they do their best to accommodate ad hoc requests. Apartment is nicely furnished and very functional.

I booked this apartment for my son. He spent a month here and was really pleased. Apartment , location, environment. Just for a change he decided to change apartments and moved into another apartment belonging to the same people because he knew he could rely on the description being correct and high quality. Also excellent communication in English.

Beautiful view from the tarrace. The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful area next to Himare town. Friendly Aunt helps find apartment (You have to park Your car around 200 m before apartment)

Great Host and great accommodation. The only thing you need to know is to look on yourself when it comes to finding a parking lot. Near the Appartement are two private parking areas where you can park for 250 Lek a day. I would recommend this to everyone. Thank you Stefani!

Ideally located close to the large beach with its services nearby. The directions to find the listing are clear. The place was spotless, very clean and spacious with views of the bay (true to the listing).Kela is very responsive if you need. We recommend it.

We spent the last week of 2024 with the family (12 people) at Blerta's. The house is very well equipped, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, and are nicely decorated. Lingerie (washing-machine, dryer) is available. The location of the house is ideal and we enjoy 180° sea views. The mild weather allowed us to have meals in the garden: garden furniture, tables and chairs in sufficient quantity. The kitchen is very convenient, lots of dishes, large dishes and pots and pans. The large living room was decorated in Christmas mode with a beautiful tree. Blerta and Koly are friendly, available and attentive.

Amazing place would stay again.

Anita's place is a lush oasis overlooking the sea from high above. The garden is wonderful and very well maintained, with lots of trees, fruits and flowers, with a great bbq corner, really like the pictures. The house is well equipped, comfortable with a cosy atmosphere. We enjoyed the place very much. Just across the street, the Taverna Viktoria can't be missed and is worth a few visits for the friendly service and tasty dishes to enjoy from the quiet terrace. Multiple beaches are a few kilometers away, each one offering a different scenery. We spent a great time in and around Piqeras, and we appreciated to come back to this nice place, to spend time in the garden. Getting fresh fresh pomegranate, lemon or kaki direct from the trees was a great plus to the stay. Not to forget the more than friendly cat coming and going and always happy to cuddle. This has been a great week and we thank Anita a lot for making this place available to us!

Megi was very quick to respond and had great offers for restaurants and the like. The house was up on a hill, which was certainly a pretty tough uphill climb but the view from the patio was magical. Would highly recommend this place and above all Megi as a host.

Fation’s place is a gem. It has everything you could wish for, luxurious design along with all the amenities necessary, and of course the place is amazing. Although mid October, I was still able to spend some time by the beach and even have a dive in the beautiful sea. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here for a beach retreat. Fabiana and her family are amazing and kind hosts and very helpful during the entire process. Love this peaceful, comfortable oasis and will definitely visit again during beach season.
