Beachfront holiday rental in Albania

Very cozy cottage with a direct location on the beach. The pool is not heated, which you should keep in mind if you don't want to vacation there in high summer. The beach was right outside the front door and the sound of the sea through the windows. Some restaurants and bars are in walking distance. If you are traveling with small children, you have to be careful as the stairs have no railings. We were there in early April and the neighboring house next to the pool is currently a construction site, so there was some noise during the day. The house has outdoor furniture for the pool area and for the roof terrace. Check-in was easy and the host was always easy to reach, and help was quick to take care of any issues.

As other reviews have mentioned, Gasper was a great host! He had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Shkoder. We also spoke with his father, who was very helpful and kind. The location was very good and Shkoder itself is very walkable. The apartment was very clean and felt homey. We loved that this Airbnb had unique decorations and history for the family.

Thank you to Ervin, a super extremely kind and pleasant host, attentive and even ready to help if needed as for us. I recommend it 100% and I'll be back for sure, it was a pleasure. The view from the apartment is worthy of a film and you breathe, for the rest everything you need is there.

I have just enjoyed a wonderful holiday with my family in this home. It's a beautifully presented and well stocked property situated up in the hills aways from the hustle and bustle of the town in the evenings so very peaceful. The journey to town is a short walk with a hill travelling back which took about 5 minutes up and a couple down. A couple of reviews have stated that this might be a problem but it wasn't a problem for any of us to do daily with shopping etc(ages 9-76) The host is fantastic, very responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. She is by far the most dedicated host I have experienced in many years of travel. Offering an abundance of tips, ideas and solutions to problems normally within the hour of me asking! places that I'm sure she will recommend but I have to mention as they were also wonderful and a must visit are: Novus restaurant- try the rice pudding ! and Likaj for breakfast- milkshakes and croissants! I could say so much more...a must stay!

Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

My sister and I really enjoyed the stay at Persa’s flat. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing and the location was also very good. Overall 10/10👍 we would totally recommend staying there!

Very comfortable apartment, the terrace has an exceptional view of the sea and being on the eighth floor makes you dominate everything. Located next to a hotel so it is also an excellent reference for setting up a car navigator. Restaurants and markets nearby and Adeida always available via messages. Excellent holiday and starting point for the beaches of the south thanks to a convenient road. Close to the starting point for a boat trip that is absolutely a must.

Wonderful host We had the opportunity to come with the family and chat for at least 1 hour, and he offered us local honey. They're a very friendly family. Everyone loved help. All of the local advice was very good and nice. Be sure to rate it. We loved it

A very tidy place with an amazing view.

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Enjoying morning coffee or glass of wine on the patio added to this experience. Our host was great, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From helpful local tips to little touches around the home that made our stay extra comfortable, they went above and beyond. You can tell he cares deeply about creating a great experience for his guests. Whether you're looking to relax, explore, or just recharge, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

most beautiful sea views

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

View from balcony is great, and it is spacious. We had breakfast there easily and fit all four around same table. Apartment is suitable for four person generally. We use pool and it was very quiet and feels like you had it in personal use only. Price is 9€ per person. Area is nice, but a little bit turistic and we get bad service or overcharging some restaurants, witch is not apartment fault. Roland apartment was excellent choise and We can recommend it!

The hosts were very friendly and communication was easy even though they don't speak English. You have your own area (room, bathroom), but there are 2 more huts right next to it.

I had a wonderful stay in Srande! The location is absolutely perfect—right at the beginning of the Promenada, which made it so easy to enjoy walks, cafes, and the beautiful surroundings. The place was as described, great view, cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. A special thanks to the host, Khris, who was incredibly responsive and helpful—he replied to any questions within minutes! I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Fantastic little place perfect for a couple, right next to great locations, and a view you can’t beat.

I liked it here. On the plus side: A compact but comfortable apartment. Perfect for 1-2 people - great balcony. View of the embankment and the sea. Super - Private parking - Clear instructions for self-check-in What we didn't like - the area is noisy. I didn't take that into account. But with the windows closed, it's quiet! - there are no blackout curtains in the bedroom. As a result, at 6:20 you will be awakened by the sun in your eyes and it doesn't matter that you want to sleep)) In general, this is a good apartment, worth its money. Just choose the one that suits your goals ))

Teo’s apartment is easy to find with very clear instructions provided by warm and friendly host. We were met at carpark on arrival and shown to Teo’s newly renovated apartment with views of the sea from balcony. Teo’s apartment is spotless, spacious and has very comfortable bedding, lovely clean bathrooms and user-friendly kitchen. The Main Street is in short walking distance with many restaurants and tourist providers. The beach is also a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment.
