From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The outdoor area is designed for an unforgettable and exotic stay. You can enjoy a large garden and a magnificent private pool, heated during the summer season. The accommodation is air-conditioned and features state-of-the-art equipment, including a whirlpool bath. This accommodation is not suitable for guests with disabilities.

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Our charming cottage in Mertesdorf offers the most modern comfort after a loving renovation in 2024. On 66 m², you will find an open living/dining area with a sofa bed and cocktail armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free bathroom. The bedroom with a box spring bed ensures restful nights. Enjoy peace and relaxation on the terrace with garden lounge. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and culinary delights.

Enjoy your romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in nature! The mirror house has an area of 18 m² and is suitable for 2 people. The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Kasel, in the middle of the Ruwer Valley

Welcome to our granny apartment in the beautiful Ruwertal. Here you can expect an 85 sqm open-plan apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower and separate bedroom. In the large living/dining and kitchen area there is also a sofa bed. For families with small children we can provide a travel bed/highchair/toys. A bus stop 50 meters away takes you to Trier in half an hour.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
