Innenstadtnahe im Januar 2021 renovierte Zweizimmerwohnung, ca. 250 m von der PortaNigra entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Mittelgeschoss und nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Der kleine Flur führt in das Wohnzimmer mit kleiner Kochnische (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Doppel-Induktionskochplatte). Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Töpfe, Gewürze, Öl, Essig vorhanden. Schlafzimmer: 160 x 200 cm Doppelbett, Kommode und Kleiderstange. Bad mit Dusche und WC. WLAN. Parkplatz.

Apartment in Ruwer - quiet altitude

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Quiet apartment with nice views in Hunsrück

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

country living vacation home in Sauertal N°2

The apartment on the granary of the former mill estate Georgsmühle is located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen on the Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport. In the Sauertal, uniquely and beautifully located, you can enjoy many leisure activities. Hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are very welcome here.

Kasel, in the middle of the Ruwer Valley

Welcome to our granny apartment in the beautiful Ruwertal. Here you can expect an 85 sqm open-plan apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower and separate bedroom. In the large living/dining and kitchen area there is also a sofa bed. For families with small children we can provide a travel bed/highchair/toys. A bus stop 50 meters away takes you to Trier in half an hour.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
