The quiet, well maintained and bright apartment (28 sqm) is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with a view of the countryside. The layout of the apartment is optimal. In the entrance area is a small kitchenette. From here you come straight to the bathroom with shower / WC. On the left - separate from the kitchen area- is the spacious living room / bedroom. With a cozy seating area, TV and Wi-Fi you can relax very close to nature.

We are offering a one room apartment with a small kitchen unit (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, utensils), your own bathroom, TV and a great sight on the vineyards of the Ruwertal valley.

We offer a nice, new and cozy holiday home in Trier. The around 120sqm rooms of Villa Feyen with 4 bedrooms (1 of which is our spare bedroom on the ground floor, without a bathtub) and 3 fully equipped bathrooms offer space for up to 8-9 people. There is an unobstructed view of the Feyener forest and partly of the city. The 3 bedrooms each have a bathroom, shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the house.
“We were looking for a home for Christmas away from home and found it. As we live overseas, we wanted to spend Christmas together with our 2 adult daughters in Germany. This home offered very comfortable rooms, so much space (3 large bedrooms each with walk in robes and en-suite), guest toilet, a very well equipped kitchen and a very comfy living and dining area. The heating worked very well, loved the under floor heating. The house is well located, easy parking in front of the house. A short drive into town centre. Alesia and Martin even supplied us with a typical German Adventskranz to create a festive atmosphere. Thank you so much, we will definitely choose this place again when staying in Trier.”
