It is a real half-timbered/Tudor house with 20 cm square wooden structural materials that can be seen from the outside. At an altitude of 1,100 m, you can enjoy a refreshing summer in the highland forests of Karuizawa, as well as a quiet, cold winter with heating throughout the house, high thermal insulation and airtightness, making it warm and comfortable indoors, and it can also be used as a base for touring the ski slopes. Karuizawa Kaede House, located between Lake Shiozawa and Naka-Karuizawa, is very convenient. We renovated the villa into a cottage, so please relax and unwind.
