A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

The base consists of 3 fully equipped houses with an area of 50 m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire basin is the main advantage of our property. At any time of year and time of day, it's always beautiful here! With us, the proximity of nature can be felt at every step - direct access to the hiking trail and birds singing can relax and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Brand new modern apartment is located in a beautiful environment and quiet location of the Giant Mountains. Walking distance from the center of Pec pod Sněžkou is about 15 minutes. The place of stay is located directly on the main hiking trail. The private parking area is right next to the property. A ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Our apartment is an ideal place for independent travelers, nature lovers, adventurers, active families with children and decent pets.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends.
