one of the great stays i have been to. even though it's not so highly rated, if you are looking to spend some quality time with family and friends, this can be your ideal location. proactive host who will give you the warmest welcome. definitely Recommended.

Amazing views and location. Good access to beaches and a host that arranges everything to your comfort. Modest facilities are present but at a place like this you pay for the access to pristine beaches and high quality home cooked food

Shekhar, his wife and house help (Asha) took wonderful care. Shekhar is always one phone call away either early morning or late evening to take care of any requests. Food served was sumptuous more than what we asked for. He is proactive and always calls to take care of the needs. He would call to ensure the room is cleaned and sheets changed daily. On the day, we checked out we had to leave early 5 AM, he again ensured our request to provide us morning coffee. He absolutely made sure that we felt at home during our stay, which made a memorable trip. If not for anything, I would recommend this place wholeheartedly for Shekhar being an awesome host !!

We visited Serenity House in January 2023. My two friends and I had visited and from the booking request onwards the hosts Nilesh and Beena have been very helpful and responsive . We were given precise instructions and it was nice to meet Nilesh and Beena who helped us ease the check in. The house has a fully functional kitchen. The caretaker served us good breakfast and was always available for any help that we needed. You have a view of the backwaters and can hear the constant rumble of the sea. The beach is just 100 meters away and the sea.was quite calm. It's mostly an empty beach and it's stretching for many kilometres. Its a calm and silent island. Some restaurants are available a few kilometres away from the place or you can also go to Payannur town for more op pt options. Kayaking and backwater cruise is also available nearby for activities.

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊

Nice place and excellent location. The house is right on the beach. There was a nice breeze at the night from the sea. One of the rooms has a great balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our stay at the villa was really good. The house just feel like “home”. Nicely done interiors and decluttered. The villa is spacious for a 6 people stay. Lot of air and light in the villa gives a positive vibe. The place is very close to Payyambalam beach. You can see the beach from the 2nd floor balcony. Krishna was always available whenever help was needed. Kudos to maintaining such a nice house👌

White noise is a Beautiful and peaceful beach house. Communicating with Mehaal was easy . Caretaker Sachin was available all the time . Dinner from a local restaurant was easy to order . Special brownie points for the wonderful tulunadu breakfast. A bedroom on the ground floor makes it easy for the senior citizens.Bath rooms and bed linens were clean . Can’t miss the majestic horse and peacocks roaming freely in the property . Overall ours was a pleasant and a happy stay .😊😊 I would highly recommend this beautiful place for friends or family outings .

Very beautiful and modern accommodation. Location close to the beach makes it one of the best places to experience Udupi. Very helpful staff.

Had a great stay at Raju's 2BHK flat! The flat was spacious, clean, and equipped with 3 cots and additional beds, making it very comfortable for our group. Its location was perfect, with all the tourist spots nearby. Raju was a helpful host and even arranged a guide for us. The flat has AC in 2 rooms, available at an extra cost, and ample parking space for multiple cars. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at Swasti Homes during my trip, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for a family stay. A unique aspect of our stay was being able to cook our own meals with the assistance of the staff, thanks to Smita's kind permission. This made the experience feel homely and convenient. The complimentary breakfast provided morning was a great touch and was enjoyed by my entire family. The staff deserves special appreciation for their polite and helpful behavior, which added to the comfort of our stay. Although we didn’t have much time to explore the nearby areas, the overall experience at Swasti Homes was very positive. I would highly recommend it to families without any hesitation. Pros: Spacious and family-friendly rooms. Option to cook your own meals with staff support. Complimentary breakfast for the entire family. Polite and attentive staff. Mr and Mrs Benoy were wonderful hosts throughout our trip. Was very sensitive towards our needs and made us feel absolutely at home. The home is a beautiful piece of history and heritage of 120 years and is set 20 mins from Thalassery - but mark our words it’s got its own charm and peace that made this entire trip worth it. The house is incredibly well maintained and the hosts are super responsive to all our essentials and needs, would highly recommend them and will definitely making the stay at their home more often moving forward. :)

An amazing place with great hospitality from Aleemath ( owner ). She also made me amazing food of that region. The place is also close to many good spots in Thalassery. All in all, it was amazing.

The place is very cosy and sleeping provision are plentiful. It also has small open to sky courtyard. And the best part is the large dineout area that overlooks the beach. The place feels very spacious. Dhanush is friendly and accommodative of requests. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. The place has easy access from NITK lighthouse, though google maps shows a circuitous route.
