Relaxing spessart-out time

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is located on the second floor of a single-family house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which are the only heating. If you want to be warm, you have to make a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, stove, coffee machine and dishes / pots.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The apartment is on the first floor and has a fridge without freezer, double stovetop, double bed (not separable), underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink, as well as towels, bed linens, coffee pod machine and dishes. You'll stay with a wine-growing family with a wine bar.

Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st.
