The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.
