Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Karlovy Vary Region

What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

Great weekend at Katerina's place! Even better than in the photos. We want to come back again later. I recommend 100 percent, especially for large family companies!

We felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Due to the location in a pedestrian zone, it is very quiet. Restaurants, cafes, small shops are right in the surrounding area. A larger supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The Karlovy Vary highlights such as Mühlbrunnenkolonnade is a short walk 1 km away. Šárka was very nice and answered all questions quickly.

Alexsandr is a great host, very helpful and kind. The place is very beautiful on the inside and very tastefully furnished. Beautiful paintings and plants.. ArtFlora indeed. Wish we had booked for a longer time. You can walk to the main area if you don't mind walking up/down a slope. Great pizzeria right opposite the building. The apartments are accesible with elevators. We had a lovely stay and would love to return.

The property is great for exploring the city on foot, centrally located, easily accessible parking.

We stayed at Lukáš's place for sightseeing and hiking for two nights. Check-in was very flexible, so we had no time stress on arrival. From the outside, the house is inconspicuous, the apartment inside is top modern and above all very clean. Our little dog was also welcome. The location is great, you walked down the mountain to downtown within 10 minutes, where there are great restaurants. A small supermarket is right around the corner, we didn't have to haul anything far. All in all a lovely stay, thank you.

It was a pleasant experience to stay at the apartment. I loved the red color which coordinates and matches the entire apartment. I must recommend to have an experience and book this wonderful stay while planning to roam in Karlovy Vary.

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Our stay at the property met all our expectations! The location couldn't be better – everything is within walking distance, great restaurants and attractions right nearby. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, practically furnished and equipped with everything. Communication with the host was friendly, helpful, and quick to reach. We spent an extended weekend in Karlovy Vary with Iva and Jan and were absolutely thrilled! On the one hand, Karlovy Vary is a beautiful city that is ideally suited for a three-day trip and on the other hand we felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. Communication and check-in with Jan went absolutely smoothly and the recommendations for the area definitely worthwhile! In addition, our hosts were very likeable!:) We found the apartment extremely inviting and cozy and would have liked to have stayed longer. Absolutely recommended!:)

Roman's apartment in Karlovy Vary is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, peace and a great location. Located just a few minutes walk from the center and the spa colonnade, making it ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly clean. Everything was meticulously prepared and there was nothing important for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the projector, which made the evenings great. Roman is a great host – communication was fast, responsive, and the entire stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!
