The advantage of our accommodation is the location of the apartments right in the historic center of the city, and their internal layout. Guests have the opportunity to stay in three different apartments. In this case it is a newly renovated apartment with the following disposition: one fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, one bedroom with double bed 140 cm and one extra bed, one living room with another double bed 180 cm and a folding sofa, one bathroom with shower and toilet and an entrance hallway. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. Guest has included in the price linen, towels, WIFI and parking. The apartment is on the second floor of the house with views of the historical square of the city. In case of need are more toilets on the common areas of the house (1. floor).

The building has two apartments (each 40m2) one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The bedroom has a double bed (160cm). The kitchen has a sofa bed (160cm). The bathroom has a shower with floor heating, hair dryer, towels, soap. The building has a fully equipped kitchen, including spices, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, mixer, fridge with a small freezer. Satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing board, outdoor covered terrace with grill, fireplace and gazebo.

A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We will be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. Studio apartment in the Art Nouveau Villa Frank near the colonnade

A small studio apartment of 20m2 is located in the Art Nouveau villa Frank from 1882, about 100 m from the main spa colonnade. The studio apartment underwent (October - December 2019) a reconstruction of the bathroom and wooden floor. It is cozily furnished for sleeping and for a longer stay. Only a classic TV is currently missing. I can lend you a laptop with O2TV logged in. Please note that the sleeping area is upstairs (maisonette). Parking on private property is possible for a fee of 200 CZK/night/car. Reservation required.

Summer rental on the ground floor of a family house

In these ground floor rooms, it is possible to use the sauna (extra charge for electricity), outdoor seating with barbecue, the possibility of playing - ping-pong table, right next to the seating, sunbathing, by agreement on hot days, use of the pool. The accommodation is located about 500m from the Aquapark with water slides. There are bike trails in the area, accommodation 50m below the forest (with forest trails). Lidl, Tesco about 700m. Nearby is a castle with a beautiful adjacent park that ends with the famous Eugenia Spa.

It is close to the spa town of Karlovy Vary, where you can enjoy a taste of healthy healing springs, a walk along the colonnade with a warm waffle in hand, and amazing views of this spa gem. On the other hand, it's not far from the Ore Mountains. Pernink, Abertamy, Horní Blatná offers incredible hiking trails for both hiking and bikers. In winter, feel free to load your skis.
