We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

The traditional stone interiors, indoor fireplace, and spacious veranda make it as comfortable in every season, whether dining outside with the sea ahead or winding down by the fire. Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Seaside Pefkos House

Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! House on the waves

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing.
