The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy patio under the roof. Canadians are there and you can swim from the property. 7 minutes away there is a nice beach.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cabin is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a stream flows next to the cabin. It is 4 km to the nearest shop and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake a 30-minute walk from the cabin.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Se solen gå upp ur havet direkt från sängen. Titta ut över horisonten och tänd en brasa. Huset ligger direkt på stranden, nära skog och promenadvägar. Närhet till flertal skidspår vintertid. 45 min till Kungsberget. Gångavstånd till Furuviksparken sommartid. Huset är ombyggt 2022 och i fint skick. Utsikten är magisk.
