The main house has a big garden with flowers and it is a safe environment for kids to play.The house has a big sitting room connected to the fully functional and equiped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine,sandwich toaster,juicer). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds,wardroabs. There is also a comfortable bathroom.The house has a big balcony with a beautiful view. A supermarket and a gasstation is closer by.

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay only a couple minute walk to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view from the spacious balcony of the Sea during the day, and the lights from the cities across the water in Turkey at night. The beach of karfas is a shallow, sandy, clear water beach that is very welcoming to families of all ages. The beach also has water activities that you can enjoy. Restaurants and gift shops are all within minutes of walking. 15 minute drive to airport.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed.
