Το σπίτι είναι μία παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατοικία χτισμένη το 1938 από τον προπάππου μου. Είναι διώροφη μεζονέτα με σκάλα, 84τμ και διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια (με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά), ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Μπορεί να κοιμίσει άνετα 5 άτομα στα κρεβάτια μαζί με την χρήση ράντζου για το 5ο αλλά χωράει μέχρι και 7 άτομα με την χρήση καναπέδων-κρεβατιών. Διατήθονται ακόμη και παρκοκρέβατο, καλοκαιρινό καροτσάκι και ειδική καρέκλα.
