Thank you Sam, your BnB was just what we were after on this trip. Close and convenient to the places we need to attend. Your kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and everything we possibly would need. It was very private, safe, secure and loved the no key access. South St traffic can get noisy but we could block that out. Would recommend and if we need to come back to the city I would stay here again. Thank you for your fast and friendly replies to my messages.

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x
