Holiday rentals with a patio in Kardamaina

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Katerina has been an excellent host, always available. The accommodation is conveniently placed near the most beautiful beach in Kefalos, well furnished and equipped. I do recommend

Dimitrios and his father were one of the most friendliest host we have ever had. The apartment was clean and it was equipped with everything you need. We even got soap and shower gel, which was nice. The location was beautiful and peaceful while still being located very close to the Center. We even had two balconies where we sat every evening. Thank you for the amazing stay ! If we visit Kos again we will definitely stay with Dimitrios again !

The apartments are wonderfully quiet – perfect for switching off and enjoying the surroundings. The in-house restaurant is particularly noteworthy. The food was exceptionally good - so we ate there almost every day of our seven-day trip. Michaelis is a great host – very warm, attentive and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Dimitros was very friendly. He responded positively to all my questions. In fact, since we have 2 children, he was very kind to us, and I thank him for this until the end. The beds were very comfortable, clean and tidy. Towel sheets were clean. You can get there by paying 7 Euros for a 7-minute taxi ride from the port. Walking distance to the center 10 minutes

It was a pleasant stay, no problems. We comunicated everything with the host. Quick and easy.

Amazing apartment, in the heart of the center. Lots of restaurants around, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. I highly recommend. Vasili was a great host too, very polite and helpful.

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

A beautiful house in the most amazing location, just across the road from the water’s edge and a short walk from the pretty harbour with some lovely tavernas. The host was really helpful and everyone in the area was super-friendly. It was the perfect spot for a few nights exploring the island.

We spent 9 wonderful days in this apartment. From the bedroom, you have a direct view of the sea. Is there a more beautiful view to wake up to? The apartment has 2 terraces. Both terraces have a wonderful view and the surroundings are magical. For us, it was also great that it was extremely quiet. You can walk down to the beach and swim in 5 minutes. A dream. Overall, the apartment is perfectly equipped and communication with the landlord was always fast and purposeful. A clear recommendation for us and we thank our landlord for this dream holiday!!!

Mr. Erdem and his wife were very interested. They were always in touch with us before they even stayed. We went there for the holiday, and even during the holiday, they were always there with us, taking care of our needs. Are there still people like that? We left happy enough to say. It was a clean and comfortable place to book the same place for another basement holiday.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

We enjoyed a lot staying here. The lication is perfect the hosts very friendly and helpful. Only thing to mention is to be prepared to buy some utilities like olive oil salt pepper and toilet paper.

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed it very much. I'd love to stay again. There is a clean and beautiful dental environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a beautiful surprise. If you go at the end of May/June, you can eat plenty :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more enjoyable. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could be a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved-in house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough income for most people, though.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

This place is truly special—tucked away with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own little paradise. We were lucky that the apartment above was vacant during our stay, so we also got to enjoy the much larger terrace, which was a fantastic bonus! Maja is an incredibly kind, responsive, and generous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a week here working remotely as a duo, and aside from a couple of brief WiFi hiccups, the connection held up well for video calls. Thanks again, Maja, for being so thoughtful and making our stay so smooth!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.
