The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

There are of course also many hiking trails, including a volcano hiking trail.

You can expect a small place to stay in the middle of the beautiful wine village Schwabenheim an der Selz. The apartment has its own staircase from the courtyard and is very quiet.
