Guesthouse holiday rentals in Karangasem Regency

Came here with 2 kids. The set up was perfect for us. Location of the unit was good; walking distance to nice restaurants, Cafés, shops, supermarket. Service was excellent and host was responsive and helpful.

Lieu très charmant, en plein centre d’Ubud donc idéalement situé mais à la fois calme et reposant. Le bungalow est grand avec un rez-de-chaussée salon et une salle de bain spacieuse et lumineuse. La chambre est à l’étage avec une petite terrasse, attention pas de fenêtre donc pas d’isolation sonore mais plutôt calme la nuit. Endroit idéal pour se reposer après l’agitation de la ville ! Nombreux très bons restaurants à proximité, accessible à pieds.

Kadek and his family were the loveliest hosts. Very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was divine. The level of care put into the tree house and the luscious garden and secluded pool is unreal. Thank you !

We had a great stay in Ubud! This location is great! The room is private and clean, the shower is great and has warm water. Wayan was attentive and very helpful with recommendations and helped us to book scooters. The location is very close to the sacred monkey forest and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant stay at Dewata Ubud Cottage. Quiet location and the property is charming and private. It has complete amenities, the kitchen is fully equipped if you need to cook and just stay in the villa. There even has a separate massage bed by the pool. Last but not the least, Kadek is a very responsive and helpful host. She helped us connect with a local driver who brought us around Ubud and she also recommended massage therapist.

Gusti's place is very well decorated, it's very clean and looks new. There's an outdoor (covered) kitchen which can be very usefull. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable also! It's just better to have a motorbike to go to the center of Ubud or if you want to go to the restaurant.

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé chez Komang, c'est un hôte réactif aux messages. Le jardin est très joli et agréable. La maison se situe dans une zone calme avec quelques jolis cafés-restaurants autours, le centre-ville d'Ubud est accessible à pieds en 25min.

The place looks better than the photos to be honest, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was very warmly greeted even though I checked in late at night, and the room was perfectly adequate with all the amenities I needed. Nothing fancy, but nothing lacking either. There is also a super adorable cat in the inn. She loves getting up close and being petted, so prepare your affection accordingly.

Fijn verblijf!

Dit was een van onze mooiste verblijven die we al gehad hebben! Niet alleen is de ligging prachtig en rustig, ook de hutjes zijn zo gezellig, proper en ik had hier gerust nog wat langer gebleven! Zwembad is heerlijk! Restaurant bij de villa is zo handig, je kan altijd iets gaan eten of drinken! Hebben ook een scooter gehuurd voor Sidemen en Gembleng waterval te gaan ontdekken. En van hieruit kan je ook een prachtige daguitstap doen naar het Oosten van Bali! En last but not least, het personeel was zo lief, behulpzaam!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Sidemen dans ce cadre calme et luxuriant. La propriété était magnifique et très bien entretenue. Notre chambre avait une vue imprenable sur la nature environnante dans un cadre typique avec beaucoup de confort. Le restaurant sur place était très bon et le personnel très attentionné. Encore merci pour ce séjour ! Très bonne continuation à vous !

only stayed one night of 4, not upset or bitter and did not ask for or expect a refund, just not the place for my partner and I Excellent location unfortunately no ocean view from the room and within the property grounds the view is unable to be fully appreciated due to the trees. I appreciate the owners desire to have trees and lush vegetation on their property. But as a guest, knowing one of the most amazing and beautiful views in Bali (possibly the world) is kept out of sight, combined with the room having very little natural light, the dated decor, less than impressive bathroom, lead us to decide to look for accommodation elsewhere in Ahmed, where we could be fully take in the beautiful and breathtaking views on offer. Surya (the housekeeper/on-site host) is a wonderful and amazing person we were sorry to say goodbye to. Apparently there has recently been a change in ownership/management of the property. This was likely a factor in my experience being less than stellar

Logement avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et le volcan, situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied des sources d'eau chaude. Nicole est une hôte réactive dont les réponses sont précises et aidantes. Le manager sur place, Kadek est très sympathique et aidant, il m'a par exemple amené en moto aux sources pour que je bénéficie des réductions accordées pour sa guesthouse. Echanger avec lui était enrichissant. Vous trouverez si besoin un restaurant juste à côté du logement = à 30 secondes à pied. L'environnement est paisible, le seul bémol qui impacte tous les logements et n'est pas lié spécifiquement à celui-ci, est la présence excessive d'énormément de mouches dues aux différentes fermes alentours. Wayan est réactif et arrangeant, la chalbre est super grande et il y a des meubles de rangement + cuisine privative et cuisine commune, grande salle de bain. Très bonne expérience. La piscine est propre et il y a un frigo en libre service. Wayan est prévoyant et réactif dans la communication. Il y a plein de petits chats trop mignons qud nous avons nourris. L'endroit est calme contrairement à la rue principale d'âme, là vous serez tranquilles et à 5 minutes de la rue principale

Great budget friendly option that met our needs. Spacious accommodation with the necessary amenities. Lovely swimming pool that our kids enjoyed daily. Excellent location in the heart of Seminyak close to shops and restaurants and reasonable walking distance to beach. Very friendly and helpful host and staff.

Komang and her family are one of the most welcoming families I’ve met in Ubud! I was welcomed as if I were a member of their family. The unit complex is ideal and has a kitchen area along with a nice lounge. Komang cleans the room every few days and makes sure I have everything I need. I felt right at home and I was very lucky to be invited to their ceremony day and be part of the celebrations, dressing up in Balinese attire and walking to the temple with their family. I can’t thank Komang enough and will definitely book again when I am next in Ubud! Thank you!

this home is near the palace so the atmosphere in the surrounding neighborhood is incredibly magical. a lot of offerings made throughout the day in this area. beautiful architecture. faint sound of music in the evenings. birds chirping in the morning. true tranquility fostered by the energy of the family and surrounding nature and temples. the room itself is actually larger than it looks in the pictures. very clean. the bed is so comfortably luxurious - great pillows. the well-loved garden oasis out front was a lovely spot to enjoy tea with the smell of burning incense to start the day. the family is kind, responsive, and proactive about cleaning, and towel/linen replacements. i am so grateful to have chosen this place as a transitional ground to settle into the island.

De kamer was super schoon. Elke kamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje waar je fijn kunt zitten. Er is warm water met douchen en de wifi werkt ook. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is top. Er is een gemeenschappelijke koelkast en je kunt gratis drinkwater pakken. Het zwembad is erg fijn en je kunt een scooter/motor huren. De verhuurder is aardig en behulpzaam. Ik raad dit verblijf zeker aan! Negatieve punten zijn er niet.
