Guesthouse holiday rentals in Karangasem Regency

Came here with 2 kids. The set up was perfect for us. Location of the unit was good; walking distance to nice restaurants, Cafés, shops, supermarket. Service was excellent and host was responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay in Ubud! This location is great! The room is private and clean, the shower is great and has warm water. Wayan was attentive and very helpful with recommendations and helped us to book scooters. The location is very close to the sacred monkey forest and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant stay at Dewata Ubud Cottage. Quiet location and the property is charming and private. It has complete amenities, the kitchen is fully equipped if you need to cook and just stay in the villa. There even has a separate massage bed by the pool. Last but not the least, Kadek is a very responsive and helpful host. She helped us connect with a local driver who brought us around Ubud and she also recommended massage therapist.

Gusti's place is very well decorated, it's very clean and looks new. There's an outdoor (covered) kitchen which can be very usefull. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable also! It's just better to have a motorbike to go to the center of Ubud or if you want to go to the restaurant.

Very nice place, amazing surroundings and in a peaceful section of Ubud, but just 10 minutes walk from the centre. Recommended.

The place looks better than the photos to be honest, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was very warmly greeted even though I checked in late at night, and the room was perfectly adequate with all the amenities I needed. Nothing fancy, but nothing lacking either. There is also a super adorable cat in the inn. She loves getting up close and being petted, so prepare your affection accordingly.

This was one of our most beautiful stays we've ever had! Not only is the location beautiful and quiet, the cabins are so cozy, clean and I would have stayed here a little longer! Swimming pool is wonderful! Restaurant at the villa is so convenient, you can always go eat or drink something! We also rented a scooter to discover Sidemen and Gembleng waterfall. And from here you can also make a beautiful day trip to the East of Bali! And last but not least, the staff was so sweet, helpful!

We loved our stay in Sidemen in this quiet and lush setting. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Our room had stunning views of the surrounding nature in a typical setting with lots of comfort. The restaurant on site was very good and the staff very attentive. Thanks again for your stay! only stayed one night of 4, not upset or bitter and did not ask for or expect a refund, just not the place for my partner and I Excellent location unfortunately no ocean view from the room and within the property grounds the view is unable to be fully appreciated due to the trees. I appreciate the owners desire to have trees and lush vegetation on their property. But as a guest, knowing one of the most amazing and beautiful views in Bali (possibly the world) is kept out of sight, combined with the room having very little natural light, the dated decor, less than impressive bathroom, lead us to decide to look for accommodation elsewhere in Ahmed, where we could be fully take in the beautiful and breathtaking views on offer. Surya (the housekeeper/on-site host) is a wonderful and amazing person we were sorry to say goodbye to. Apparently there has recently been a change in ownership/management of the property. This was likely a factor in my experience being less than stellar

This great apartment has an amazing view over the lake in stunning Kintamani. It is a modest comfortable warm room. Super close to the popular hot springs. The village was really interested to explore & everyone was so friendly. The team are super helpful & kind. Nicole was a great communicator & so generous with her help with my Mt Batur climb. She went above & beyond to help me out. She recommended a lovely Warung right on the lake. The locals were fishing with their families. There was also families camping near the lake for the school holidays. I had the freshest fish with veggies, rice & sambal. Delicious! I loved my stay here. If you like genuine experiences this place is worth booking.

Wayan is responsive and accommodating, the room is super large and there is storage furniture + private kitchen and common kitchen, large bathroom. Very good experience. The pool is clean and there is a self-service fridge. Wayan is proactive and responsive in communication. There are plenty of cute little cats that we fed. The place is quiet unlike the main street of the soul, there you will be quiet and 5 minutes from the main street

Everything was as stated and communication was easy and prompt. The view from the balcony is stunning with incredible sunrises. I did not use the outdoor kitchen area at all so I cannot speak much about that. I did enjoy the outdoor attached (completely walled in) bathroom and shower. The only drawback back, and this is NOT in any way reflective of the stay, is its remoteness. If you are not into diving or snorkeling the area is not for you. There were two very good restaurants within a 100m’s but to get to a nice coffee shop or breakfast place it required a scooter or car. Nearby rentals were also hard to find as well. Grab / Gojek are non-existent in the area. FYI

Great budget friendly option that met our needs. Spacious accommodation with the necessary amenities. Lovely swimming pool that our kids enjoyed daily. Excellent location in the heart of Seminyak close to shops and restaurants and reasonable walking distance to beach. Very friendly and helpful host and staff.

Komang and her family are one of the most welcoming families I’ve met in Ubud! I was welcomed as if I were a member of their family. The unit complex is ideal and has a kitchen area along with a nice lounge. Komang cleans the room every few days and makes sure I have everything I need. I felt right at home and I was very lucky to be invited to their ceremony day and be part of the celebrations, dressing up in Balinese attire and walking to the temple with their family. I can’t thank Komang enough and will definitely book again when I am next in Ubud! Thank you!

this home is near the palace so the atmosphere in the surrounding neighborhood is incredibly magical. a lot of offerings made throughout the day in this area. beautiful architecture. faint sound of music in the evenings. birds chirping in the morning. true tranquility fostered by the energy of the family and surrounding nature and temples. the room itself is actually larger than it looks in the pictures. very clean. the bed is so comfortably luxurious - great pillows. the well-loved garden oasis out front was a lovely spot to enjoy tea with the smell of burning incense to start the day. the family is kind, responsive, and proactive about cleaning, and towel/linen replacements. i am so grateful to have chosen this place as a transitional ground to settle into the island.

The room was super clean. Each room has a private terrace with a seat where you can sit. There is hot water with showers and the wi-fi also works. The value for money is top. There is a communal fridge and you can grab free drinking water. The swimming pool is very nice and you can rent a scooter/motorbike. The host is nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this stay! There are no negative points.
