Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kaprije

The apartment is fully equipped, with lots of love for detail. The hosts are super helpful and give good tips for possible excursion destinations and activities. We were able to ask the hosts a lot before the trip, e.g. if there is a washing machine, what kind of coffee machine there is and otherwise they were always open to any questions. For families with children (even small children), the island of Preko and Pashman is great, as there are some sandy beaches (e.g. Nevidane), shopping and restaurants are everywhere. Should you use a rental car - as small as possible, as there are very narrow streets in the villages. Also Zadar is worth a little trip walking distance, the old town offers something for everyone.

We felt very comfortable. Marko and his wife welcomed us in a very friendly way and we were able to check in very flexibly. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for the vacation. Marko was also always available. Super nice and pleasant with the two of them! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Modern apartment with all stuff you need for your holiday. Kitchen with all equipment you need to cook your meal. We spent there nice time with 3 small kids. Close to the beach (300m) which is suitable for kids. Opportunities for beach walks, promenade with bars and trips. Separate room with loundry machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and space for beach stuff.

Hello, this stay will remain unforgettable for us, Anita and her family are super welcoming and helpful. Not to mention maria! We had an exciting vacation with them. Traditional meals are great!! The setting is peaceful and quiet, the pool the playground and the hot tub.... in short everything is there!! Thank you again for all these good times shared with us, we recommend this accommodation 100% and we will be back for sure!!!

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

Choice location 15 minutes from Split Airport. Mehdi and Goran have always been good advisors to help us enjoy Croatia and the surrounding area. A car is still necessary if you want to get around a bit. I highly recommend this apartment, which is tastefully furnished and of very good standing.

We had very nice days at Maria's. The accommodation is perfect for resting on the beach, but also to explore the surrounding area. Primosten is a very nice place and with Maria you can have a very nice vacation. Thank you very much!

We have just returned from our week long stay and can't fault anything at all about the apartment and pool area. It is a short walk or ferry ride across to the stunning Trogir and there is a small beach right in front of the apartment. You can walk for 5 minutes along the beachfront to find many different beach front bars and restaurants. We hired a car for the week which allowed us to easily visit Krka National Park and Waterfalls which is an absolute must. We were only a 30 minute drive to Split where you can pick up many ferry trips to a number of beautiful islands. We visited Kvar and was amazed at it's beauty. The only downside to this beautiful spot was the road which runs outside of the apartment which can be busy. The airport flight path does run over Trogir which can also be a little noisy for those who are looking for complete peace and quiet. I have to say, it didn't spoil our holiday one bit and I can't recommend this apartment highly enough.

Adi was the friendliest host on our road trip. He was friendly and welcoming. We had a very nice conversation! The flat was flawless, amazing view, neatly clean and overall amazing. We only stayed for two nights but I would’ve loved to stay longer! Absolutly recommendable :) Thank you for being a kind host Adi!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and private. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we were able to relax. We loved the pool and clean water in it which was pleasantly salty and warm. The beds were very nice and provided a good night's sleep, the rooms were clean, and we felt very comfortable. The air conditioning in each room is an amazing feature. Katarina was very helpful and quick to respond! The Villa is just a few minutes away from Rogoznica which is a beautiful little town with tons of restaurants and nice views.

High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

The villa was lovely and spotlessly clean. The pool was a little on the small side for 8 adults but it worked really well for us plus the beach was a couple of minutes walk and had a beach bar and restaurant with a supermarket across the road. Katarina and her husband responded immediately when we needed a new gas bottle for the barbecue and even raced over one evening when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house! We had a great stay.

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

Great experience, the apartment perfectly matches the description, everything is cared for and clean. A few steps from the sea (concrete beach) and a sandy beach. The village with groceries and restaurants is a 15-minute walk. Very kind and helpful host family. 100% recommended!

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

We were delighted when Borena collected us from the airport and we did some shopping en route. Lovely walks and the sea is magnificent. We had use of a paddleboard and it was great fun. Some nice restaurants nearby and a taxi journey to nearby Trogir. Both hosts are very helpful. We had an early morning flight and they assisted with a 6am pickup. I look forward to returning.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
