Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

I think this might be our favourite place on the Croatian coast. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautiful and welcoming. The best feature is the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Vice, the host, has many local recommendations and is very communicative and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying at this place. We would definitely come back. :)

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

When you stay at Vesna's, you can only feel taken care of and at home. Vesna is incredibly friendly, accommodating and communicative. She gives tips for the area and spontaneously took me to a party in the village. The apartment has everything you need and the mattress of the bed was fantastic. If there are other guests on site, it's a little clairvoyant, but otherwise you just feel comfortable. I had a really great time with Vesna and would love to come back!!!

Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

The entire stay was seamless and very enjoyable.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Truly amazing week! We had a perfect stay in this house. Thank you Petar for everything!

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Mixed impressions; Nice place with sea access but unfortunately they built a concrete building in front that obstructs the otherwise great sea view. Also pictures has been altered with a clone stamp tool to make it disappear… the roads to get there are really quite on the edge to offroad use and the parking spot is tight and nothing for drivers with a fear of steep roads.

We have completely relaxed on the cozy terrace at the cottage. The sea within walking distance was idyllic Also nice to experience that your host is committed to you and spontaneously sends a message without being intrusive!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

The place is as described and photographed. Nice hosts, beautiful neighborhood, although you had to climb a fairly steep hill to get to the apartment. The area of the apartment was perfectly large for a stay with three children, the only inconvenience was a very small bathroom as for us.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! We had a great time in the apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful looking out over the sea. The location is great, there is a supermarket in walking distance and very close to the beach. It is also a lovely costal walk to Trogir which we loved and is great for a drink or a sweet treat (Klara's recomendation). We rented a car and it was easy to park, Krka National Park is less than an hour away and its a short drive to Split so really well located. Everyone we met were friendly. The apartment itself is well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Klara was a great host, responsive and helpful. We had a great time and 100% recommend the apartment as a great base in Croatia.

We were 2 adults and 2 children for 9 days. The apartment itself was as pictured. However, there was no umbrella on the terrace, but there was a lot of green vegetation that provided a lot of shade. The kitchen is very small but fine for making small meals. Nice with a dishwasher. There is AC in the living room - unfortunately no AC in the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot in the bedrooms, even with a fan. We moved a few days into the living room at night when it was too hot in the bedrooms. The place is nice close to 2 beaches (beach Rožac and Okrug Gornji Beach). There is a small supermarket close to the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Beach Bočići - a lovely beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Trogir. One can also take an Uber pretty cheaply. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment and costs about 15 euros by Uber. All in all, a great place.

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
