Holiday rentals with a patio in Kapitolyo

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

Booked for 2 nights and had no problems. Check-in was smooth, the place looked exactly like the photos, and the hosts were very responsive. I loved how the ac was already running when we arrived. The place is located in front of Mitsukoshi and Uptown Mall, making it very convenient for us to get to and from the nearby establishments.

Stayed at Marvin’s place for 7 nights and had a great time. The place was super clean and in a really convenient location ☺️ close to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvin was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Joan’s place was just as presented in Airbnb website. ACs in every room, really nice rooftop terrace to hang. She was externally friendly, responded fast and gave us so many recommendations for restaurants, local transport. She welcomed us personally, tour us the house. There was a cold water prepared, some snacks and presents. We felt awesome hospitality. Cheryl on top was her home-made cake she brought. Strongly RECOMMEND!

This unit is a good way to relax after a tiring day. My niece enjoyed her stay because it was just a few minutes away from where she had to work for a few days. The host was very helpful and friendly! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Ms. Lovelle’s place and I can say is it’s worth the money. From the beginning, Ms. Lovelle is very responsive to my questions, inquiries because this is my first time booking an air bnb so I have no or zero idea about the procedure. Whenever I message her she always respond right away any time. She clearly gave me instructions and procedures how to do the check in which is I appreciate. Regarding to Ms. Lovelle’s place/unit, it was awesome. The design, the interior is so beautiful and peaceful. Super clean and the amenities are complete. The location of the place is very convenient because there’s a mall there, near to MRT Station, near to SM Mega Mall. The unit or place of Ms. Lovelle is a perfect 10 for first timer like me so guys if you’re planning or looking for a place to stay in Fame Residences, I will recommend to book Ms. Lovelle’s place because it was worth it and you have a responsive host. Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect just a 5-minute walk to the food park, and both Megamall and Robinsons are nearby, which made everything super convenient. The unit itself was cozy and well-equipped. I especially loved the thick comforter, which made sleeping extra comfortable. But the real highlight for us were the lazy boy chairs, my partner and I had such a great time relaxing and binge-watching Netflix (which the host kindly provided access to). For fellow runners: there’s a running loop just below the building where you can get in a jog and even meet some locals who enjoy running too. It was a pleasant surprise! Only small issue we noticed was that the wall sockets were a bit loose, so we had to support our charger to keep it in place, but that was a minor thing and didn’t affect our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfy and convenient stay!
