Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. This classic kiwi bach has been recently partially renovated while retaining its much-loved classic family bach atmosphere. Directly across the road from the beach; stunning views of the sea and Kapiti Island down to the Marlborough Sounds. Ten minutes’ walk to the village and cafes. Large leafy section and generous deck for outdoor living. Our Bach is a perfect fit for couples and small families looking for an easy getaway weekend or mid-week.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.
