The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. The house was spotless , in an extremely picturesque and beautiful location, easily accessible on foot from Keramia. Truly, a small retreat near the city of Mytilene ideal for a two-day escape from the hustle and bustle and chaos of the city. We visited it in winter so for heating we took advantage of the house's sobitsa without needing anything else. Either way, his house and garden are extraordinarily well taken care of and we will definitely visit it in the future.

A great beautiful place with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom within walking distance of the beach (75m?) and all kinds of restaurants. Apartment is in a quiet alley behind the busy boulevard. So a lot of peace, sun on the balcony in the afternoon and evening. At the door you can usually park and walk up the stairs to the apartment. Stayed here with 3 people and had a wonderful time. Apartment is decorated with care and attention, beds slept wonderfully. On Greek almost.... enough towels available etc. Upon arrival, a small nice surprise package and during our stay suddenly a bag with delicious cookies at the door. Communication is also smooth and fast, usually within 30 minutes of reply. Maria thanks for the beautiful place!

The stay at Vasilis was wonderful. The location is beautiful and quiet, Vasilis family was very helpful and welcoming and he was always available to reply to questions or give suggestions. The only thing is that you should make sure you have a car before you book because there is no public transport to the location. But if you do the prices are affordable and it’s totally worth it!
