You will have access to a 78-square-meter winter-inhabitable house with two bedrooms and an electrified granary with 2 different sleeping areas. A total of 8 beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowboat are also at your disposal.

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.
