As a host, she was both warm and professional. She shared all necessary details in advance, such as permit requirements & places to eat, experience the environment & celebrate my wife's birthday. While Maria coordinates the experience, it's her parents' thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality that made the experience unforgettable for us. It is not often that guests get to enjoy the hospitality of the hosts directly, sans any caretaker. Jose and Sindhu make you feel at home, like family. Along with a sumptuous breakfast, Sindhu also cooked a sweet to celebrate my wife's birthday! While the guest feels like family, they are thoroughly professional with their services. They provide best-in-class amenities and a neatly designed space, perfect for a retreat. Looking to visit more often!

We had a wonderful time! Mr. Pradeep was incredibly kind and took care of all the arrangements. He personally prepared a delicious dinner with nearly 10 dishes, all of which were exceptional in taste. The BBQ chicken is a must-try! The surroundings were peaceful, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping at dawn and in the morning, creating a serene atmosphere. The villa is spacious, featuring two floors—three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The entire property felt safe and secure. Although we initially booked for six people, only three of us could travel due to a last-minute change, but we never felt unsafe at any point. The location is convenient—16 km from Coonoor railway station and about 23 km from Ooty’s main market. The host was extremely helpful and provided all the necessary details to make our stay comfortable.

I've been using Airbnb for seven years, and I can honestly say I've had the best experience so far! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the food was amazing. Located in the heart of the tea estate, I loved the peaceful walks and runs I could take in the neighborhood. The host provided excellent food, and the charming town of Kotagiri is just a short ten-minute drive away, offering even more culinary options. The road connectivity was excellent, and the overall stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again in the future.

Had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is well located, with all amenities close by, and both Zomato and Swiggy deliver to the property, which made meals super convenient. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, and the view from the balcony room is definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. A couple of things to note: toiletries were missing during our stay, and the bath towels could be improved in terms of quality. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall.
