It is an ideal starting point to visit the Karavanke with its most famous peaks, such as Stol, Vajnež, Golica. However, if you're not a keen walk into the steep hills, there are plenty of walking trails nearby, to the nearby Pristava Chalet, where you can have some home-cooked meals. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Living by the creek

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.

The house is located at the eastern edge of Stara Fužina village, close to the church of St. Paul, at the foot of a hilly pasture and a walnut orchard. A popular tourist trail towards Mostnica gorge, Voje valley and Uskovnica mountain pasture passes the house, and the house is surrounded by a spacious garden with an old apple tree to provide shade.
