This is an amazing Airbnb - unique, so well designed, a couple of minutes from the beach and walkable to the centre for restaurant options. Mostly though, Nikoletta was an incredible host - my friend became very unwell during our stay and she was so attentive when we needed to spend time in hospital and in making sure we were okay until we left. Huge thank you, and I would love to stay again in the future.

Baggelis house is wonderful. The location is superb, great sunsets every evening from the balcony and the beach 20m from the front door. Baggelis was a wonderful host and great with communication and offering advice on places to visit and eat. His mother who lives downstairs is so lovely she even helped me wash my car! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Baggelis.

όμορφος χώρος σε καλή τοποθεσία!

Wir hatten eine wunderbar ruhige und erholsame Woche in der Vorsaison, inmitten einer traumhaften landschaftlichen Umgebung und Kulisse. Etliche Locations waren noch geschlossen - umso mehr haben wir die gastfreundliche lokale griechische Küche genossen! Dier Kontakt zu Evi war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich und ihre digitalen Tips waren sehr hilfreich. Wir können uns eine Rückkehr sehr gut vorstellen!

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

We stayed for a week and had a great holiday! The communication with Thomas was very smooth. The check in process was quick and even earlier than first planned. The apartment matches with the photos and description. Everything was squeaky clean. The view from the balcony overlooking the see was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is great. There is a supermarket close by and a great bakery. Also, the restaurants and beach are in walking distance. Thank you, Thomas!

Everything worked out pretty good since the first moment with the check in! the host Very friendly and he answered very quickly! The apartment is very central located and has everything one could need for a short stay in front of the beach! (; The view from the terrace was very good, beach just 3 mins away!

Absolut unbeschreiblich schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn - Hier brauch man wohl nicht mehr zu schreiben, wenn man die Fotos sieht. Und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und einem tollem Garten. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell. Alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr war in der Küche vorhanden. Auch habe ich mich sehr über die vielen Extras gefreut, wie z.Bsp. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Marmelade und Honig, Kaffee und vieles mehr. Wirklich bezaubernde Gastgeber. Bestes AirBnB Erlebnis (Dank Ausstattung und Gastfreundschaft) das ich hatte. ROMANTICA E FUNZIONALE IN POSIZIONE STRATEGICA Innanzitutto un panorama strepitoso! Impagabile per chi vive in città. La casa è ben pensata, con spazi ampi e razionali. All'esterno ci sono tavolo e sedie per fare colazione e una chaise longue per godere degli struggenti tramonti. Se a fare ombra non bastano gli ulivi c'è una tenda regolabile con un comodo telecomando. Entrando vi accoglie un soggiorno arioso con una cucina moderna e scrupolosamente accessoriata. Il divano letto a due posti ampia il numero degli ospiti e accoglie chi è abituato a fare tardi guardando la tv. La camera da letto è luminosa, arredata in modo elegante e funzionale. Il letto è molto grande (ci abbiamo dormito anche in 4 con i 2 bambini) e comodo. L'armadio non potrebbe essere più capiente. Il bagno è grande e comodo. La pulizia è ineccepibile. La casa di Georgios è la soluzione perfetta per chi vuole esplorare le belle spiagge di Sivota, tutte a meno di 15 minuti d'auto. Per la più vicina ne bastano 2.

Περάσαμε 5 υπέροχες μέρες! Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, γιατί είναι όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς πολύ κοντά. (παραλία, καφέ,εστιατόρια, φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ). Το σπίτι είναι από τα πιο εξοπλισμένα που έχουμε συναντήσει, ταμπλέτες για το πλυντήριο ρούχων και πιάτων, καφέ και ζάχαρη, όπως και κάποια πράγματα στο ψυγείο. Τέλος, απολαμβάναμε κάθε μέρα το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα και την πρωινή ηρεμία της θάλασσας ακριβώς απέναντι μας.

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison (Mitte Mai). Die Terasse ist der große Trumpf, da mittendrin im Geschehen und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.

The apartment itself was exactly as described. Sweet yard right next to the sea. The location is something that is a big advantage and we enjoyed it. Marios and parents were hospitable and always at our disposal. The only complaint we have is that our room was not cleaned once in 7 days and that the towels and bed linen were not changed once. That disappointed us a little.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Das Haus, der Garten und der Strand sind einfach nur traumhaft. Im sehr sauberen Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, stabiles WLAN, Smart-TV). Georgios und seine Mutter haben zudem für Olivenöl, Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten, Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum Wechseln, große Strandtücher, Mückenspray und viele weitere Vorräte und Annehmlichkeiten gesorgt. Der Garten ist groß und gut gepflegt. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Hängematte. Der Zugang zum Strand geht direkt vom Garten aus. Auch für die Strandtage gibt es alles - Sonnenschirme, Liegen, eine Außendusche. Es sind sehr wenige Menschen am Strand, es gab keine Seeigel und man kann sehr leicht ins Wasser gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Georgios verlief unkompliziert. Er hatte super Vorschläge für uns und hat immer zügig und freundlich geantwortet. Zur Begrüßung hat uns seine ebenfalls sehr herzliche Mutter sogar eine selbstgemachte Süßigkeit mitgebracht. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage!

Christina è un host disponibile e cordiale, scrivendole su Airbnb ha sempre risposto quasi immediatamente ai nostri dubbi. La casa si presenta come in foto e descrizione, facile da raggiungere e si trova in un’ottima posizione (ci sono vicine farmacie, lidl, benzinai e taverne dove mangiare bene). A 5minuti di auto dal centro di lefkada. Ottima esperienza, Christina ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino a tarda serata dopo il checkout.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place is awesome . New apartments , wonderful location close to the main town but enough far from the mess and noise of Lefkada, next to a beautiful lagoon. You also have a bakery and a mini marked very near. Christina and her husband are very kind and caring . They shared a delicious cake and gave some good tips . Highly recommended !!!

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικές διακοπές κατά την παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Το ενοικιαζόμενο στούντιο είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για μία άριστη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σε μία τέλεια θάλασσα γεγονός που επιτρέπει να κάνουμε μία βουτιά και να επιστρέφουμε στο όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Επίσης χαρήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως που γνωρίσαμε τον κ. Παναγιώτη. Είναι σίγουρο ότι στην επόμενη παραμονή μας στη Λευκάδα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο μέρος.

Andreas was really helpful and the place was very spacious and private. Everything was clean and even when my brother got an allergy they were quick to help. We had a late arrival and they were patiently waiting for us to check in. They had toiletries and plenty of towels. The only down side was the WiFi was a little spotty in the back bedroom but the location and hospitality made our stay very comfortable. I will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα για φέτος. Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα με γούστο,σε ένα ιδανικό περιβάλλον.Η Σουζάνα ευγενική και διακριτική έχει φτιάξει ένα σπίτι τέλειο. Ότι και να χρειάστηκα υπήρχε μέσα στο σπίτι. Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι οι 4 ανεμιστήρες οροφής σε συνδυασμό με τα 3 air-condition έκαναν τις διακοπές μας υπέροχες και ξεκούραστες.Σιγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία !! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στη περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες, όμορφο , καθαρό και σούπερ εξοπλισμένο. Η πρόσβαση σε αυτό ήταν πολύ εύκολη και η τοποθεσία του είναι σε κομβικό σημείο, έχοντας κοντά όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος (σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, φαρμακείο, εστιατόρια) και στα 50m μια όμορφη και ήσυχη παραλία. Βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο, πολύ κοντά σε Λευκάδα και Νυδρί και η εύρεση θέσης πάρκινγκ δεν είναι δύσκολη. Αξιοσημείωτη είναι η ησυχία στο δωμάτιο τόσο από τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια όσο και από τους εξωτερικούς θορύβους. Ο κύριος Νίκος, ευγενέστατος, πολύ προσιτός και πάντα με διάθεση να μας κατατοπίσει για όλα τα απαραίτητα. Σε κάθε μήνυμα μας, υπήρχε άμεση απάντηση του. Επίσης η υποδοχή στο δωμάτιο ήταν ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας αφού είδαμε έναν "δικό μας" άνθρωπο να μας περιμένει με χαμόγελο και κεράσματα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το Seaside breeze apartment και είμαι σίγουρη ότι στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στη Λευκάδα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή.
