Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Kanagawa Prefecture

Das Apartment war schön und ruhig und hatte alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Manazuru war eine schöne ruhige Kleinstadt, ideal zum Wandern.

We enjoyed our stay at Akiko's experience, the place had everything we needed and was kids friendly. The Inn is also walking distance to the train station and most tourist sites are 20 ro 30 mins away, making it convenient to travel around. Akiko was super helpful and very responsive and made our stay comfortable!

Is nice to have small family to stay in and new experiences to have train station next to this unit. My son very enjoyed to stay in and able to watch the train from the window pass by. Easy to locate this unit, free 1parking lot if self drive. Convenient to access Hakone either by driving or by train.

We had a wonderful stay! A great little place to experience a quite Japan feeling. Had all the amneties we required for a few days. Very efficient and easy check in. Walkable distance to train station, taxi recommended if one has alot of luggage 😁

房東非常友善，會主動詢問有沒有需要提早入住或延後退房，彈性空間非常大。 因為有帶小孩，清潔度跟空間都很重要，小孩入住睡覺時完全沒過敏反應，還有大客廳可以讓小孩悠閒活動和玩遊戲。 入住時看到房東準備的小點心真心覺得貼心，小孩馬上拿起餅乾吃，提供的濾掛咖啡長輩們喝了也都讚不絕口。 附近三種便利商店剛好各一，走路過去都五分鐘內，不過晚上走的時候路燈少所以感覺暗，但不會覺得不安全。 雖然沒有提供停車位，但房東說的停車場很好停，而且停一整個晚上價格便宜。 真要說缺點只有要自己搬行李上二樓，不過這個房東在一開始的說明裡有提到，但樓梯算寬所以不難搬運。 如果有機會再到日本深度旅遊，會很希望能到這邊住一個禮拜來體驗生活，謝謝房東招待。

4명이서 자기 딱좋았습니다!!

這次旅程非常驚訝，當時看照片並沒有這麼期待的感覺，並且事先知道沒有電梯的情況下也做好了要搬行李上樓的心理準備，實際打開房們後卻是非常震驚的！ 屋主提前很多就給我發送了房門的密碼以及詳細的指引，一進門有小小的玄關，感應式的燈很靈敏，班上兩個行李箱進入客廳後有很大的空間可以打開行李箱，寬大的沙發也讓我們可以暫時休息，非常放鬆，小小的缺點是剛打開空調時有點味道，但很快就消失了，應該是因為鐮倉冬天是淡季，我們前面應該有一段時間沒有打開通風，建議下次可以提前通一下風 最先感到驚訝的是廚房內豐富的調味料及餐具，讓我們忍不住在附近的超市買了些食材回房做飯，這是第一個讓我感到像家的優點 冰箱足夠大,由於我們住了5天4夜，購買了不少家庭裝的牛奶、茶、咖啡等，這個冰箱完全放得下，上頭還有微波爐及烤箱，微波爐比我自己家裡的還要乾淨（笑 這次的行程比較早起，沒有機會嘗試房內的咖啡機實在是可惜，看著很古典，希望下次去有機會可以使用 接著是廁所及浴室，馬桶蓋對我來說稍微有點小（我175cm，80kg），空間也稍稍有點小，但很乾淨，備品也很齊全 浴室簡直太讚了！想像不到會有這麼大的浴缸以及這麼棒的環境，屋主用的是超市內販賣的家庭裝洗浴用品，不像很多地方用的是廉價的商用大罐，非常用心,我們用的也比較安心,屋頂做的木屋風格，在泡澡時看著非常令人放鬆，吊頂的排氣扇功能豐富，洗完澡後放了傘在裡面也能一晚吹乾 洗衣機就在浴室門口,動線安排非常完美,洗衣液等也非常齊全,洗衣機功能非常齊全!衣服可以完美洗完並烘乾，烘功能還有附帶柔衣，烘完也不皺，不用帶髒衣服回家的感覺太好了 最後是床，屋主用的是棉質的床具，兩張特大雙人床並在一起超級大，晚上都可以打枕頭仗的程度！睡得非常安穩！跟一般酒店用的廉價床具或為了清潔方便加了很多麻或塑膠的床單不同，躺的非常安心舒服 在屋內住著可以感受到屋主自己應該也很常來這邊居住，房內有很多生活用品，任天堂SWITCH、暖暖包、醫藥箱都齊全到不像是經營用的民宿，一整個像是家一樣的感覺 房內可以看到屋主的照片，讓人也想在那個時間來鐮倉看一樣的夕陽，也讓我感受到屋主是真的很喜歡鎌倉 女朋友也說這次的旅館是我們在日本住過最好的一家，會為了這家旅館下次再來看看楓葉，期待下一次再來鐮倉！ 其實還有好多想說的，可惜可用字數不足，非常感謝屋主，期待我們下次有機會再入住

Very convenient option at Keikyu Kamata. Perfect for 4 people. Elevator was a huge plus so luggages do not have to be hauled up and down the stairs. Laundromat on the first floor is super convenient for drying clothes. Foam mattress beds are very comfortable.

とても清潔感があって、備品も充実しており、滞在中は非常に快適に過ごすことができました。横須賀に行く際にはまた利用したいです。

My Gen Z kids loved the Japanese charm of the house while my older parents found the traditional furniture and beds a bit uncomfortable. Great location with lots of historic interest, short walk from the lake. We had a great time.

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

リピートで今回は学生時代の友人と訪れました。時期的に雨が心配でしたが滞在中は天気も持ってくれて今朝は少し晴れ間ものぞいてくれ相変わらず素晴らしいオーシャンビューを堪能出来ました。 施設も変わらずとても綺麗に整えられており気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 今回一緒に伺った友人は初めての来訪でしたが部屋から見える素晴らしい景色に感動してました。 今度は家族を連れて是非伺いたいと言ってました。 オーナーも変わらずに色々と親切に対応して頂きホスピタリティに感謝します。 次は隣の浜金谷まで電車かバスで行ってロープウェイで鋸山の頂上まで登って下りは登山道を使い有名な名所の地獄のぞきや大仏や日本寺などを巡りながら施設の近くに降りる事が出来ると聞いたので是非ともトライしてみたいと思いました。 また近いうちに是非伺いたいと思います。 有難うございました！

We really enjoyed our stay and found it a very relaxing space. The house works well and kitchen is good for anyone planning to cook. Others have commented there is the noise of trains passing but it didn’t bother us. We really enjoyed some walks from the house into the local hills behind. Good host who was very responsive and helpful dealing with any questions / queries and local recommendations. Would recommend.

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

This charming apartment in Kamakura was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Toshi was a very proactive and thoughtful host. He provided me with a great guide to the area and was quick to answer any questions I had. Upon entering the apartment, there was peaceful and relaxing music playing. The bed had a warmer and deodorizer under the sheets for the ultimate coziness. There were tons of amenities that were super thoughtful from toothbrushes to beach day bags with chairs and coolers. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from some of the major shrines and temples. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Toshi's place if you're in Kamakura. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
