Die kl. Wohnung (56qm) im 1.OG ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, da sie in einer Sackgasse liegt. Es sind 2,4 km zum schönen Kloster Kamp und die Innenstadt ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (1,3 km). Zum schönen Zechenpark mit großem Spielplatz und Tierpark nur 1,5km.
