Wachau Getaway

Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. It offers a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Time out from everyday life

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Granary on a Lamafarm

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just want time all to yourself, this is the place for you! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby / guest bed in the bedroom if needed. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it!
