Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a fridge, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no unpleasant odours). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cosy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor washing-up liquid/shampoo is allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg city/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads into the granny flat invites you to linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train that takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes.
