Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Small apartment with bathroom for 1-2 people

My place is in Dortmund Wickede, and is located on the city border to Unna. The connection to road and public transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center of Dortmund is 12 km, with the S-Bahn S4 to the Stadthaus stop in 12 minutes. In Wickede there are shops, restaurants and opportunities for breakfast. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, is under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a freestanding bed (see photos).

From Schwerte train station, the train takes 15 minutes to get to the soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park and the Westfalenhalle. From there, it is 3 minutes to Dortmund Central Station Highway A1, 5 minutes by car. Parking spot outside the house.

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
