It's my second time here. I will like to stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay and Pratik's home is one of very few places in the specific area that you would get with all essential amenities - especially for a remote working individual. I stayed with my mom to visit my grandmother, and it was a breeze. The balcony is peaceful, provided the weather is nice. The two bedrooms have ACs which is essential for Kolkata conditions. I would 100% recommend staying here. only caveat, the house is on the third floor with no lift. In case you have elderly who are travelling with you, that is something to note. Connectivity is accessible with Uber/Ola readily available. Blinkit services are also available, along with the usual Swiggy/Zomato delivery network.

Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.
