It is a large pure Japanese-style villa in a quiet residential area on a hill close to the sea.As a general rule, we offer one "occupancy use".There are two rooms (guest rooms), one guest room for regular guests (the tatami mat), and a guest room 2 (upstairs) for special guests such as long-term stays.Long-term stays include weekly discounts of 15% and monthly discounts of 33%.(As a general rule, long-term users are not allowed to use short-term spots during their stay) This private lodging is prohibited or non-smoking.There is no TV.Wifi is available for free.Because it is a Japanese-style room, there is no key in the room.If you apply in advance, we will provide a free parking lot (for one car) during the stay period.The host does not have a cooker's license, so we provide retort food for breakfast that doesn't require cooking such as curry rice, cup noodles, toast, and potage soup.Feel free to use the kitchen and cook for yourself.If you want, you can do your laundry for self-service if you want.

Just opened in October 2017.This is a guest house that has been renovated from an 80-year-old Japanese house.It is also the first guest house in the world to have a barrier-free toilet shower. Although it is a nostalgic Japanese house, it is a facility where you can stay with peace of mind for the elderly and those with disabilities. A house where you can stay like a local. We have five rooms available in a typical family home. In addition to this room, there are a single room, a single room with a desk, a bunk bed room, and a queen size bed room. Every Wednesday, the Children's Nutrition Cafeteria opens in the cafe space, so anyone can have dinner for 500 yen. The friendly and talented owner will prepare a traditional Japanese breakfast for you. (Note) The building faces the bus street, so there is vibration and noise. If you are sensitive to this, please keep this in mind when booking. Also, because it is a normal private house room rental, the walls are thin and privacy like a hotel is not guaranteed.

Located in Kamakura, west of Tokyo (1h by train) . Visiting Mt. Fuji/Izu/Haknoe will be much easier than from Tokyo. We will provide free pick-up at Kamakura Station upon check-in/out. We provide free breakfast as well. We are Thai/Japanese couple, who speak Japanese, English, Thai, French, Bahasa. We have 5 rooms in total, and this listing is for a Double Room. Fuji from the loft when the weather is nice. We provide a car park(vehicle type/size limit), and rental cycle (extra charge). ※The parking lot is located outside the premises and is about 3mins walk down the hill from the property.
