Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamakura

this was our second time staying here, and we had an amazing stay once again. the accommodation is super clean and looks just like the pictures. the area is peaceful, with plenty of places to eat at. it’s a short walk to the convenience stores and the train station as well, which has a nice grocery store located next to it. the host is very nice and responds quickly; he also gave us great recommendations. overall this is a great accommodation and we would definitely recommend this place to other people.

I was able to relax in a very good location.I dropped the ironing board and it broke, but they responded immediately and it was very helpful.The parking lot was also arranged nearby, and it was a comfortable and pleasant trip.I want to use it again.

Ken’s apartment is wonderful. It has all the amenities required for a family stay. We were able to cook our dinner and breakfast, do laundry (washing and dryer included). The place is strategic, very short walking distance to Enoden Yanagikoji Station. We parked our car at the house and take the train to explore Kamakura area. It was a perfect house for us. Super friendly host who attends to all the details. Clear instructions were given for all the electrical products, which is super helpful. Space is good for 3 people. Totally enjoyed the use of the bikes. Seasoning and free drinks were also provided. They even provided charging ports. Very thoughtful hosts indeed!

Yanapi is an amazing host. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The place is gorgeous and has everything you will need during your stay. It was also squeaky clean. Also you can’t beat the location. Don’t look for a stay elsewhere while visiting Kamakura.

Beautiful home steps from the beach. Ideal for families with older kids. The home was well kept and extremely clean. Would highly recommend.

The pool, BBQ and sauna were super comfortable, and I was happy to have a bicycle.

It’s our second time staying at this beautiful house, and it truly feels like coming home. When we started planning this trip, we immediately agreed — we just had to return to Shonan to see Haruku, Takami, and of course, the adorable little Shiara! The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed — the house is so beautifully maintained, it feels even newer and cozier than last year. This time, we mixed things up with both a scenic train ride (just a 5-minute walk away) and self-driving — the convenient parking made everything so easy. The hosts have truly thought of everything to make us feel welcome — they even had beach toys prepared, which made our beach outings extra fun for the kids! What makes this place extra special is the friendship we’ve built with our wonderful hosts. It was such a joy to celebrate our combined birthdays together this time — moments we’ll always treasure. We’re already counting down the days until we can return and create more beautiful memories! ❤️❤️

good location, very convenient to travel around!

The sea is a 30-second walk away, and there is a shower room on the first floor that can be accessed from the outside, so you can take a shower immediately after coming out of the sea. Open the large living room window and enjoy a BBQ on the veranda, which is the same size as the living room.From the living room, you can see the sea and hear the sound of the waves, it was a truly wonderful facility. There are 2 guest rooms on the 1st floor, and each room has a toilet, so there is no need to go to the 2nd floor, and the layout was very good, allowing you to move between the 2 rooms in the shower room.

Recommended, this homestay has everything for daily necessities, the style of the homestay is very interesting, and I will continue to stay here if I have the opportunity to come to Kamakura in the future.

Not far from Waigue station, there is a supermarket at the laneway, two cars can be parked at the door, the homestay is clean and convenient, and the top floor can also be dressed, recommended!

The room is not far from the nearest station, but it is a quiet residential area all the way, and it is a little too noisy if you drag your suitcase over.The room is on the 3rd floor without elevator, the stairs are narrow and narrow, it is a little inconvenient to carry suitcases up and down the stairs.The room is not big, but it is very clean, there is also a balcony, washing machine, stove, etc., very fully functional.There is also a public bicycle rental downstairs, which is very convenient to ride directly to Enoshima and other places.

We loved our stay here while visiting Kamakura! Very peaceful spot, but easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Hosts were very helpful, responsive and kind.

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

This charming apartment in Kamakura was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Toshi was a very proactive and thoughtful host. He provided me with a great guide to the area and was quick to answer any questions I had. Upon entering the apartment, there was peaceful and relaxing music playing. The bed had a warmer and deodorizer under the sheets for the ultimate coziness. There were tons of amenities that were super thoughtful from toothbrushes to beach day bags with chairs and coolers. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from some of the major shrines and temples. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Toshi's place if you're in Kamakura. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.
