An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

A lovely, clean and quiet stay. We loved eating in the garden and a great place to relax after visiting the city. Great host who helps out proactively but also easy to approach for additional questions.

The apartment was beautiful clean and tidy. From the first moment, we felt at home. The bed is comfortable, the room is bright and spacious. It is in a very nice, friendly, peaceful and safe place with easy access to the larger super markets Lidl and Skavenitis on foot. There is a 5 minute walk to the sea at the end of the street. In front of the house is the bus stop and easy parking. The photos don't show it, but it has two nice balconies. I'm sorry we didn't spend more days there. Next time we are in Thessaloniki we will definitely choose this place again! Thank you so much for everything! 🙂🥰

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Very well located apartment, close to shop and main road, yet a few hundred meters to the beach. Clean and cool on hot days. Quiet and two terraces. Well equipped with cooking utensils.

We had a very nice stay at Xenophon’s place, everything was great and as described, super clean and he and his wife were very friendly, they allowed us to check in at a more flexible time. The location is perfect. Definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again :)

Though small, the apartment was very clean and had what we needed; it would have been nice to have an electric teapot to heat water, vs. heating it on the stove. Everything was very clean; the bed was comfortable. The windows open and they had SCREENS! WiFi was fast and stable - beach boardwalk was nearby (I think that it is a bit farther than stated in the ad, but still easily walkable)

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! We had a great experience at the apartment. It is an incredibly comfortable place. The bathrooms were very well equipped. The bedrooms were also very well equipped. It felt like home coming back at the end of each day. Location is terrific walking distance to everything including Public Transportation. This is one of the best Airbnb’s. We’ve ever stayed at.

Perfect starting point for a vacation in Thessaloniki 🌞

The apartment is lovely, well located very close the beach, the apartment is well equipped for what a family would need. The apartment has a good view of the sea. Maki and the team are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our holidays at there nest and would not hesitate to visit the place again.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

We were delighted to spend one week in Helena and Konstantinos' apartment where we had plenty of space for a family of five. The view is breath-taking and the proximity to the promenade by the sea made the location perfect. The hosts went up and above to welcome us with sweets and other surprises. And the trip suggestions to Sithonia, Peraia, Vergina and Pela were simply great. We can't wait to go back in summer time. Thank you for everything, it felt like a family was welcoming us.
