We were super satisfied. Everything was clean and as we could see from the pictures! Great surroundings and a very, very nice and accommodating host. We would definitely come back! Absolutely deserved 5 stars. Thanks for a great stay and great communication.

An absolutely amazing location right next to Aristotelous Square. Take a few steps and you are right in the middle of everything. I wish we had stayed longer to really take advantage of it. The apartment itself is very modern and clean, and while it is compact it makes use of the space very well. We would stay again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Beautiful location with an almost private beach as soon as you conquer the descent The water here is the same colour as we have only found in 'the Caribbean' Apartment is spacious, very clean and everything is present Toilet is on the small side Host is extremely friendly and helpful, if there was anything there was quick response and a solution Apartment is on a busy thoroughfare, but Afytos is within walking distance Moreover, taxis are coming and going ;-) This is perhaps the most beautiful place on Kassandra

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! See you again soon !!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

We booked Irini's house in the absolute low season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool is perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the cats of the neighbors. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster and the goat herder runs past the garden. But you definitely need a car, just to visit the many beaches alone. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to go to the Mpogiata restaurant here! On the beach of Pefkohori between pier and water sports Pefkohori there was also a few bars open. The Whitebeach with us in the village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season we would come back one hundred percent.

I stayed with Kostas and Gianna for 11 days. I was alone on vacation for the first time and was a little nervous at first. The nervousness subsided with the first step I took through the entrance gate. Gianna greeted me joyfully and spoiled me with great delicacies throughout the days. Kostas also made me feel welcome at all times and always gave me good tips for activities, beaches or restaurants. I have never experienced hosts who are so involved and also show sincere interest in the guests and include them. I was invited to the barbecue and on the day of departure to a delicious moussaka, which Gianna elaborately prepared. The dog Bianca was another highlight. You can hardly refuse her. And then there's the little baby cat Lisa. She won my heart 🥰 Then the location… It really is a little piece of paradise. Absolutely nothing was missing 🥰 Thanks Kostas & Gian

It is a very nice apartment, which is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are an advantage, although fortunately we did not have direct sunlight during our stay, which is a great advantage in hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. Of course, there is also air conditioning. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

Efi's villa and location are amazing. It truly is paradise. Having an almost private beach a short walk away is incredible. The villa is lovely, with so many outdoor spaces to find, or shelter from, the sunshine, and relax in. It is so peaceful and private. Efi really helped us during our stay which we greatly appreciated. There are some lovely villages nearby with great tavernas, and always, the blue sky and the blue sea.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation starts immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

We stayed at the apartment from September 22nd up to September 26th. The apartment was great and was equipped with all the required items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Communication with Ivan before and during our stay was easy, friendly and helpful. On our final day our flight out of Thessaloniki was late in the evening and because no other guest would be arriving the same day we were allowed to stay until 18.00 which enabled us to freshen up before leaving for home. As our stay was at the end of the summer season there weren't a lot of tourists around resulting in a low key and quiet setting, something we enjoyed very much. In Nea Poteidaia everything was easily reachable by foot, we especially enjoyed eating at To Kritamo and the great view from our balcony. All in all a great place to stay and a great host!

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.
