Holiday rentals with a patio in Kalymnos

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

Eine sehr saubere, schöne und große Ferienwohnung! Haben unseren ersten Urlaub mit Baby und Kleinkind gemacht und haben alles perfekt vorgefunden. Hochstuhl, babybett, Töpfchen und babybadewanne wurden uns von der super netten Gastgeberin zur Verfügung gestellt. Vor Ort gab es draußen viel Spielzeug von den Kindern der Gastgeberfamilie. Ein Traum für unsere Tochter. Fußläufig sind Supermarkt, diverse Tavernen und der Strand super schnell in unter fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Unser lieblingsstrand war der paradise beach, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher basal, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir Mückenprobleme. Nach anti-mücken-mittel für die Steckdose war das aber absolut kein Problem mehr. Kos ist eine wunderschöne Insel und Katerina und ihre ganze Familie wunderbare und sehr liebe Gastgeber! Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen und mich direkt in Kefalos verliebt! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super schön und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Es ist alles in der Nähe, was man braucht und kann dies schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichen und auch der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke (4min zu Fuß entfernt). Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Apartment war sauber und enthielt alles nötige. Danke für alles! Super liebe und einfach Kommunikation :-)

Andrea a été très accueillante. Elle nous a permis d'accéder au logement à 5h du matin à l'arrivée de notre ferry. Il est facile d'échanger avec elle et elle a plein de bons conseils. Petits cadeaux locaux à l'arrivée : confiture de figues, câpres, savon et herbes. Merci Andréa pour ton accueil chaleureux et pour les premiers légumes de ton jardin.

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

Great Apartment with ocean view and just steps away from the ocean, restaurants, cafes, bars and nice beaches. The apartment has a great big terrace with an amazing ocean view. Everything was clean and we did not miss anything. We recommend to go to the malibu beach club (just 800 m from the apartment) if you are looking for a small beach. The host was one of the friendliest we met the last years.

Çağla Hanım ve Nil, cok iyi ev sahipliği yaptılar. Sevgilimle 3 gece kaldık. Rezervasyon çıkış tarihini uçak saatlerinden ötürü öne çekmek zorunda kaldığımızda Çağla Hanım hiç sorun etmeden yardımcı oldu. Giriş saatinden erken gelmemize rağmen bizi güler yüzle karşıladı. Ev oldukça temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Küçük bir yer ancak ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz çoğu şey var. Biz evde geçirdiğimiz az vakitlerde veranda da oturduk. Lokasyonu sahile cok yakın ve datça otogardan kalkan minibüsler evin sokağından geçiyor.

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Kommunikation und Check-In und -out war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage dort. die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und es war ideal mit zu nserem Kleinkind, da man direkt zum Strand gehen kann ohne eine Straße überqueren zu müssen. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und die Räumlichkeiten großzügig. Dionysia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Gastgeschenken überhäuft. Unser Kind war überglücklich. vielen Dank nochmals für die schönen Tage.

Lieu magique. Nous avons adoré: Faire la sieste au son du piano; la présence des gentils chats dès le matin; la cuisine extérieur; la plage remplies de cailloux spectaculaires juste à côté; le ciel étoilé; la jolie décoration; la bienveillance de Renata…

Die modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet Platz und war super sauber. Es gibt zwei kleinere Terrassen und die Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Der Ortskern ist fussläufig in 5 Min erreichbar. Es gibt Supermärkte und auch kleinere Cafés/Restaurants. Uns hat ein tolles Gastgeschenk erwartet und die Vermieterin hat sich toll und proaktiv um uns gekümmert. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Dank Mietwagen konnten wir viele Strände abklappern. Der näheste ist in 10Min erreichbar. Einen Lidl gibt es sogar in 15 Min Entfernung. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir waren zu viert. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre)

A lovely apartment with beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy during the day. Turkbuku sea front with its restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away Steve and Melike were perfect hosts helping with any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when we return to Bodrum.

Es ist sehr idyllisch!! Man ist unter sich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war mehr als freundlich :) bei Bedarf organisiert er einen frisches Fleisch und Holz fürs Grillen oder die Nutzung für den Holzofen. Alles in allem war es sehr schön, die Lage, das Haus und der Garten selber ein Traum!! Es ist sehr romantisch gestaltet und die abendliche Atmosphäre und Ausblick sind ein Traum! Für Paare ist es nur zu empfehlen aber auch Familien werden hier glücklich!! Vielen lieben Dank an den Gastgeber für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Rabia Hanım ve değerli eşi bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Her şey tertemiz, fotoğrafta ne görüyorsanız bire bir aynısı. Aklınızda hiç şüphe kalmadan gidebilirsiniz.

Si nous avons une adresse à recommander aux abords du port de Katapola, c'est bien chez Dimitra ! Accueillante, souriante, toujours une petite attention pour ses voyageurs, c'est un vrai plaisir d'avoir séjourné chez elle ! Le studio est propre et bien équipé, la literie confortable. Notre super hôte n'a pas hésité à nous donner des draps propres suite à un souci technique de filles... alors que nous les avions lavés... Hôte vraiment aux petits soins ! Nous recommandons vivement ! De plus, son fils nous a donné plusieurs tips pour découvrir l'île et ils sont venus nous chercher au port et nous ont redéposé ! Une famille qui sait recevoir ! Mille mercis !

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

Oldukca keyif aldim. Tekrar kalmayi cok isterim. Temiz ve guzel bir dis ortami var. Denize cok yakin. Guler yuzlu ve yardimci bir ekip vardi. Dut agaci kesinlikle guzel bir surpriz oldu. Mayis sonu/Haziran gibi giderseniz bolca yiyebilirsiniz :) Birkac sey iyilestirilebilir belki. 1) Odalar biraz daha keyifli olabilirdi. Gayet temiz, her sey duzgun calisiyor ama ufak bir dokunusla biraz daha sicak olabilirdi. Biraz yeni tasinilmis ev hissi vardi, henuz tam tamamlanmamis gibi. 2) Kahvalti kaliteli malzemeler ile hazirlanmis ama benim icin porsiyon biraz kucuktu. Cogu insan icin yeterli gelir bence ama.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wirklich allem das man im Urlaub braucht und ein richtig netter Vermieter. Die Bilder sagen eigentlich alles aus, sie stimmen mit der Realität überein. Der Ausblick von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse, entweder nach hinten heraus über das nahe gelegene Hotel in die Berge oder nach vorne heraus aufs Meer mit der Türkei im Hintergrund, haben was. Verkehrtechnisch sehr nah an Kos Town und an der Hauptstrasse über die dann alle Orte der Insel erreichbar sind. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings haben wenn man was sehen will. Die drei Wochen sind wie im Winde verflogen. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.
